Redlitex Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Redlitex Affiliate Program on the Awin network. By joining our program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure your promotional methods align with our brand guidelines.
1. Program Enrollment
We review all affiliate applications manually. Redlitex reserves the right to reject or remove any affiliate from the program at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that your site or promotional methods are unsuitable.
Unsuitable sites include, but are not limited to, those that:
Promote sexually explicit materials, violence, or illegal activities.
Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
Incorporate any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
2. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Policy
Redlitex enforces a Strict No-Brand Bidding policy.
Restricted Keywords: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Redlitex brand terms, including but not limited to: "Redlitex", "Redlitex.com", or any misspellings, variations, or extended terms containing the brand name.
Direct Linking: Affiliates must not hardlink directly to the Redlitex website from search engine marketing campaigns.
Display URL: Affiliates cannot use "Redlitex.com" or any variation as their display URL in paid search ads.
Penalty: Violation of our PPC rules will result in immediate suspension from the program and the reversal of any pending commissions.
3. Voucher and Coupon Code Policy
Affiliates may only promote coupon codes that are explicitly provided through the Awin platform.
Promoting unauthorized, expired, or fictitious coupon codes will result in commission reversals and possible removal from the program.
"Click to reveal" technology must not be used to drop a cookie when there is no actual valid voucher code available for the user.
4. Commission Structure and Tracking
Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a standard commission of 8% on all valid sales. (Note: Add tier structures here if applicable).
Cookie Length: We offer a 30-day cookie window.
Valid Sales: Commissions are paid only on cleared, shipped, and non-returned orders. Commissions are not paid on shipping costs, taxes, or cancelled/refunded orders.
Validation Period: Redlitex processes commission validations on a 30-day cycle to account for our customer return policy.
5. Brand Guidelines and Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use only the official banners, logos, and promotional text provided through the Awin platform.
You may not alter or manipulate our logo or brand assets in any way without prior written consent.
Affiliates must not create websites, social media pages, or apps that impersonate Redlitex or make the user believe they are on an official Redlitex channel.
6. Email Marketing
If you intend to promote Redlitex via email marketing, you must comply with all applicable email marketing laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Emails must clearly state that they are sent by the affiliate and not by Redlitex.
7. Termination
Redlitex reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program immediately and without notice if you commit fraud in your use of the program or abuse this agreement in any way. If such fraud or abuse is detected, Redlitex shall not be liable to you for any commissions for such fraudulent sales.
