EasyClaw Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the EasyClaw Affiliate Programme (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.
“EasyClaw,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the operator of the EasyClaw platform and website.
“Site” refers to any website, platform, social media account, or channel used to promote EasyClaw.
“Affiliate” refers to an individual or entity approved to participate in the Program.
“End User” refers to a customer referred to EasyClaw via an Affiliate’s tracking link.
The purpose of the Program is to acquire End Users. In consideration for valid referrals, Affiliates may receive commissions as described below.
2. Non-Exclusive Relationship
This Agreement does not create an exclusive relationship.
EasyClaw reserves the right to work with any other affiliates, partners, influencers, publishers, or marketing channels, including those that may compete with the Affiliate.
If you do not agree with this non-exclusive structure, your sole remedy is to terminate participation in the Program.
3. Enrollment in the Program
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to approve or reject any application. We may also terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, if we determine that your site, content, or promotional practices are unsuitable.
By applying, you acknowledge that EasyClaw retains the unrestricted right to reject or terminate participation at any time.

EasyClaw Privacy Policy
Any Affiliate Program Guidelines published by EasyClaw
Failure to comply with these policies may result in rejection or termination.
5. Promotional Links
Approved Affiliates may promote EasyClaw using approved tracking links, banners, creatives, content, or marketing materials (“Affiliate Promotional Links”), provided that all promotions:
Comply with this Agreement
Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Do not misrepresent EasyClaw or its services
6. Use of Affiliate Promotional Links
EasyClaw grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Affiliate Promotional Links solely to promote EasyClaw.
You agree that you shall not:
Modify official creatives in a misleading way
Use links to promote unrelated products or third parties
Bid on branded keywords such as “EasyClaw”, “Easy Claw”, or similar misspellings without written permission
Register domain names containing EasyClaw trademarks
Misrepresent your relationship with EasyClaw
We reserve the right to revoke your license to use promotional materials at any time.
7. Compensation
Commissions are earned when a valid End User completes a qualifying purchase or subscription through your tracked referral link.
Commissions may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or policy violations.
We reserve the right to withhold payments for up to 90 days for verification purposes.
If overpayment occurs, we may deduct the amount from future payments or request repayment.
Commission rates and structures may be modified with prior notice.
If your account is terminated due to a breach of this Agreement, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
8. Tax Responsibility
Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes related to affiliate earnings.
You agree to provide accurate information when requested for compliance purposes.
9. Term and Termination
This Agreement begins upon acceptance and continues until terminated by either party.
Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination, you must immediately:
Remove all EasyClaw links and promotional creatives
Stop using EasyClaw trademarks or branding
Cease all promotion of EasyClaw
Commissions will not be earned on referrals after termination.
10. Trademarks and Intellectual Property
All EasyClaw trademarks, logos, branding, software assets, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of EasyClaw.
Affiliates may not:
Register domains containing EasyClaw trademarks
Use EasyClaw branding in a misleading or deceptive way
Copy the look and feel of the EasyClaw website
Frame or mirror EasyClaw pages
All goodwill generated through affiliate activity benefits EasyClaw.
11. Affiliate Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
You have legal authority to enter into this Agreement
Your information is accurate and truthful
Your content does not infringe third-party rights
You will not engage in spam, deceptive practices, or misleading advertising
You will not run unauthorized paid advertisements using EasyClaw brand terms
You will not sell EasyClaw products on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay)
You will not offer unauthorized coupons, bonuses, cashback, or incentives
You will not exaggerate product features or misrepresent functionality
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
12. EasyClaw Representations
EasyClaw represents that it has the authority to enter into this Agreement.
If we receive a claim related to your conduct, we may notify you and withhold commissions pending investigation or resolution.
13. Disclaimers
The Program and EasyClaw services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free systems, specific conversion rates, or guaranteed earnings.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold EasyClaw harmless against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the Program.
15. Limitation of Liability
EasyClaw shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the previous 12 months.
16. Miscellaneous
- The parties are independent contractors
- This Agreement does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship
- If any clause is found unenforceable, the remainder remains valid
- Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights
- This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws determined by EasyClaw’s operating jurisdiction
