1. Eligible Publishers: We welcome technology reviewers, robotics enthusiasts, tech news sites, and content creators focusing on consumer electronics and smart devices. All publishers must have active, non-spammy channels aligned with our brand values.
2. Prohibited Activities: - No trademark bidding on "INFFNI" or our registered brand names in any paid search/social ads without prior written approval. - No use of misleading, false, or offensive content when promoting our products. - No cookie-stuffing, adware, or forced clicks to generate fraudulent transactions. - No promotion on adult, illegal, or hate-speech platforms.
3. Brand Compliance: All promotional content must align with INFFNI’s brand guidelines. Any use of our logos, product images, or marketing assets must follow the official brand kit provided in the Documents tab.
4. Violation Consequences: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account and withhold commissions if terms are violated, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, brand misuse, or non-compliance with platform policies.
Commissions are calculated on the net order value (excluding taxes, shipping fees, credit card charges, and service fees). Commissions will be reversed for orders that are cancelled, returned, fraudulent, or do not comply with the program terms.
