Victoria Slavinskaia Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions
By joining the Victoria Slavinskaia Affiliate Programme, affiliates agree to the following terms and conditions.
Commission
Affiliates receive commission on approved sales generated through their unique affiliate links. Commission is calculated based on the final product sale price. Returned, cancelled, refunded, duplicate, self-referred, or fraudulent orders are excluded from commission payments.
Cookie Duration
Affiliate referrals are tracked using a 30-day cookie window.
Order Approval
All orders are subject to verification and approval. Victoria Slavinskaia reserves the right to reject commissions related to invalid, duplicate, cancelled, refunded, self-referred, or fraudulent transactions.
Brand Positioning
Victoria Slavinskaia is an independent luxury fashion brand. Affiliates are expected to represent the brand in a premium and professional manner consistent with the brand image, positioning, and values.
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
• Use misleading, false, offensive, or deceptive advertising
• Use spam, unsolicited emails, forced clicks, or misleading redirects
• Impersonate Victoria Slavinskaia or create fake social media accounts, websites, or pages associated with the brand
• Promote the brand on websites containing illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• Bid on “Victoria Slavinskaia” branded search terms or trademark keywords without prior written approval
Content Usage
Approved affiliates may use official Victoria Slavinskaia imagery, logos, and marketing materials provided through the affiliate platform solely for the purpose of promoting the brand and its products.
Coupon & Discount Policy
Only officially approved discount codes, promotions, and marketing campaigns may be used. Unauthorised coupon distribution or misleading promotional activity may result in commission cancellation or removal from the programme.
Commission Payments
Commission payments are processed according to the affiliate network payment schedule and apply only to validated and approved transactions.
Programme Changes
Victoria Slavinskaia reserves the right to modify commission rates, programme terms, product availability, or suspend the affiliate programme at any time.
Termination
Victoria Slavinskaia reserves the right to remove affiliates from the programme if their promotional methods violate these terms or do not align with the brand values and positioning.
