Plant Warehouse reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
1. Commission
• Standard approved affiliate commission: 12%
• 30 day cookie window
• Commission is paid on valid completed sales only
• Commission is not payable on cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or returned orders
• Delivery charges and gift cards are excluded from commission payments
Plant Warehouse offers a wide range of products including high value and oversized houseplants. Commission eligibility may vary on selected commercial or trade orders.
2. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Plant Warehouse through approved digital channels including websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media accounts.
Affiliates may not:
• Bid on Plant Warehouse branded search terms or misspellings
• Impersonate Plant Warehouse or represent themselves as employees or official brand accounts
• Use misleading claims, false discounts, or inaccurate pricing
• Promote Plant Warehouse on websites containing offensive, illegal, discriminatory, or explicit content
• Use spam methods including unsolicited emails or automated messaging
3. Branding & Content
Affiliates may use Plant Warehouse logos, imagery, and marketing materials
Plant Warehouse may request the removal of outdated or inaccurate content at any time.
3. Transactions
Commission is tracked through AWIN tracking links and reporting systems. Plant Warehouse is not responsible for tracking issues, payment delays, or reporting errors caused by third party platforms.
4. Notice Periods
Plant Warehouse reserves the right to update commission rates, programme terms, or affiliate structures at any time. Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.
5. Publishers
Approved publishers may receive access to:
• Brand assets
• Product imagery
• Early access launches
• Exclusive affiliate offers
• Gifting opportunities for selected creators
Termination
Plant Warehouse reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts found to be in breach of these terms.
Any unpaid commissions generated through prohibited activity may be withheld or cancelled.
