WCE2026 Publisher Program Terms

These terms apply to publishers participating in the WCE2026 Awin publisher program.

1. Program Scope

The WCE2026 Awin publisher program applies only to eligible WCE2026 premium paid-plan sales, subscriptions, and upgrades.

Commission is not payable on:
- Free account signups
- Page views
- App installs
- Newsletter signups
- Checkout starts
- Failed payments
- Test transactions
- Duplicate transactions
- Refunded payments
- Chargebacks
- Booking.com clicks or sales
- Expedia clicks or sales
- Hotel links
- Flight links
- Car rental links
- City travel CTAs
- Third-party outbound travel affiliate links

This program is separate from any third-party travel affiliate activity that may appear on WCE2026.

2. Independent Platform Disclaimer

WCE2026 — World Cup Explorer 2026 is an independent digital travel and fan-experience platform.

WCE2026 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, or any official tournament organizer.

Publishers must not claim, suggest, imply, or visually present WCE2026 as an official FIFA, World Cup, tournament, ticketing, hospitality, or event-organizer property.

3. Approved Promotional Methods

The following publisher types may be accepted, subject to program approval and compliance:

- Content publishers
- Travel publishers
- Football and sports content publishers
- Community publishers
- Cultural and diaspora media publishers
- Relevant fan communities
- Approved email publishers
- Approved paid search publishers

WCE2026 reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any publisher from the program at its discretion.

4. Restricted Promotional Methods

Publishers must receive written approval before using:

- Email marketing
- Paid search
- Retargeting
- Coupon or voucher placements
- Cashback placements
- Loyalty placements
- Media broker traffic
- Sub-affiliate networks
- Influencer paid placements using WCE2026 tracking links

Unauthorized promotional methods may result in declined commissions or removal from the program.

5. Prohibited Content and Placements

Publishers may not promote WCE2026 on websites, apps, emails, social accounts, ads, or platforms containing or promoting:

- Adult content
- Gambling content
- Hate, extremist, discriminatory, or violent content
- Illegal products or services
- Misleading or deceptive claims
- Malware, spyware, or deceptive downloads
- Fake news or impersonation
- Unauthorized ticket resale
- Counterfeit goods
- Trademark abuse
- Domain squatting
- Content that could damage the WCE2026 brand

6. Paid Search Restrictions

Publishers may not bid on or target the following without written approval:

- WCE2026
- World Cup Explorer 2026
- World Cup Explorer
- worldcupexplorer2026.com
- Misspellings or close variants of WCE2026 brand terms
- Domain variations
- Terms implying official FIFA affiliation
- Terms implying official World Cup affiliation
- Terms implying official ticketing, hospitality, or tournament organizer status

Publishers may not use WCE2026 brand terms in paid search ad copy, display URLs, or landing page claims in a way that creates confusion or implies official status.

Direct linking from paid search ads to WCE2026 is not allowed unless approved in writing.

7. Coupon and Discount Policy

Coupon, voucher, promo code, discount, cashback, or loyalty promotion is not allowed unless approved in writing by WCE2026.

Publishers may not promote fake, expired, unauthorized, leaked, or misleading discount codes.

Commissions may be declined for transactions generated through unauthorized coupon or discount activity.

8. Email Marketing Policy

Email marketing is allowed only with prior written approval.

Approved email publishers must comply with all applicable email marketing laws, consent requirements, unsubscribe requirements, anti-spam rules, and data protection obligations.

Publishers may not send misleading emails, impersonate WCE2026, imply official FIFA or World Cup affiliation, or use unauthorized subject lines, sender names, or creative assets.

9. Social Media and Influencer Promotion

Social media promotion is allowed only if it is accurate, brand-safe, and compliant with these terms.

Publishers must clearly disclose sponsored or affiliate relationships where required by law or platform rules.

Publishers may not imply official FIFA, World Cup, tournament, team, player, ticketing, hospitality, or organizer affiliation.

10. Use of WCE2026 Brand Assets

Publishers may only use approved WCE2026 logos, screenshots, descriptions, and creative assets provided through Awin or directly by WCE2026.

Publishers may not modify WCE2026 brand assets in a misleading way.

Publishers may not use FIFA, World Cup, official tournament, team, player, or host city marks in a way that violates third-party rights or implies official endorsement.

11. Commission Eligibility

Commission is payable only on verified eligible WCE2026 premium paid-plan sales, subscriptions, and upgrades.

A commissionable transaction must:
- Be a completed premium paid-plan purchase
- Have a successful verified payment
- Be tracked through Awin
- Not be refunded, charged back, duplicated, fraudulent, or invalid
- Comply with these program terms

12. Validation and Reversals

WCE2026 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or adjust commission for:

- Refunded payments
- Chargebacks
- Failed payments
- Test transactions
- Duplicate transactions
- Fraudulent activity
- Self-referrals
- Unauthorized coupon use
- Unauthorized paid search activity
- Misleading promotion
- Trademark abuse
- Policy violations
- Transactions not related to WCE2026 premium paid services

13. De-duplication

WCE2026 may de-duplicate publisher sales against other online advertising channels where the same premium paid-plan sale is attributed to another paid, owned, or direct partner channel.

De-duplication may be based on transaction ID, order ID, payment ID, attribution source, click ID, timestamps, customer journey data, and internal tracking records.

14. Traffic Quality and Fraud

Publishers must not generate artificial, fraudulent, incentivized, misleading, or non-human traffic.

Prohibited activity includes but is not limited to:
- Cookie stuffing
- Forced clicks
- Hidden iframes
- Bot traffic
- Fake leads
- Fake purchases
- Unauthorized toolbars or browser extensions
- Misleading redirects
- Adware
- Malware
- Self-referrals
- Incentivized purchases unless approved in writing

15. Data Protection and Privacy

Publishers must comply with all applicable privacy, data protection, advertising, tracking, and consumer protection laws.

Publishers must not collect, process, share, or use personal data in connection with WCE2026 promotions unless they have all required rights, permissions, notices, and consents.

16. Changes to Program Terms

Where possible, WCE2026 will provide publishers with 30 days’ notice before making material changes to these program terms.

For urgent legal, compliance, fraud prevention, platform security, or operational reasons, WCE2026 may make changes with shorter notice.

17. Website Availability Notice

Where possible, WCE2026 will provide publishers with 7 days’ notice before planned website updates that may cause temporary site unavailability.

Emergency maintenance, security updates, and unexpected technical issues may occur without advance notice.

18. Program Removal

WCE2026 reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any publisher from the program for non-compliance, brand safety concerns, poor traffic quality, fraud risk, misleading promotion, or any other reason deemed necessary to protect the program.

Publishers with questions about approved promotional methods, creative assets, paid search, email marketing, or special placements should contact WCE2026 through the Awin platform before launching campaigns.
