ILLY AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS(Please read this document carefully before joining the illy affiliate program)
1. Introduction and Purpose of the Program
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the illy affiliate program. The Program allows approved affiliate publishers to promote illy products through tracked affiliate links and receive commissions on eligible sales generated.
By joining the Program, the Affiliate agrees to comply with all terms set out in this agreement.
2. Approval Process and Channel Requirements
illy reserves the right to reject applications or suspend Affiliates if their promotional channels do not comply with illy brand standards.
Affiliate channels must not contain violent, pornographic, discriminatory or offensive content, illegal activities, IP violations, poor-quality websites or unauthorized coupon platforms.
3. Brand Usage Guidelines
Only official banners, logos and promotional materials provided by illy may be used. Modifications without written approval are prohibited.
Communication must remain professional, elegant and consistent with illy’s tone of voice.
4. Rules for Coupon, Discount and Cashback Websites
Only officially provided coupon codes may be promoted. Cookie stuffing and click-under techniques are prohibited. Cashback and loyalty sites require prior approval.
