Lotus N Rose – Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your participation in the Lotus N Rose Affiliate Programme, operated via the AWIN network. By joining and remaining active in the programme, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Eligibility
The programme is open to any publisher approved through the AWIN network. Lotus N Rose reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion. We particularly welcome publishers whose content aligns with fashion, lifestyle, jewellery, sustainable living, or luxury gifting audiences — primarily targeting women aged 18–40.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission on every valid, confirmed sale driven through their unique AWIN tracking link. Commission is calculated on the net order value, excluding VAT, shipping costs, and any discounts applied at checkout. Specific commission rates are outlined within the AWIN platform on the programme profile page.
3. Cookie Duration
Affiliates will be credited for sales made within the cookie window as stated on the Lotus N Rose programme page on AWIN. If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links before completing a purchase, commission will be attributed in accordance with AWIN's standard last-click attribution model.
4. Validated & Declined Transactions
Commissions will be validated once the return and cancellation window has passed. Lotus N Rose reserves the right to decline commissions on transactions that involve:
- Returned or cancelled orders
- Fraudulent purchases
- Self-referrals (affiliates purchasing through their own links)
- Orders placed using unauthorised voucher codes
- Duplicate or suspicious transactions
5. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must adhere to the following when promoting Lotus N Rose:
- All promotional content must be accurate, honest, and consistent with the Lotus N Rose brand identity
- Affiliates must not make misleading claims about products, pricing, or availability
- Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Lotus N Rose in line with ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) guidelines and any applicable local regulations
- Use of the Lotus N Rose name, logo, or imagery must remain within the assets provided and must not be altered or misrepresented
- Affiliates must not bid on Lotus N Rose branded keywords (including "Lotus N Rose") in paid search campaigns without prior written consent
6. Voucher & Discount Codes
Only voucher codes officially provided by Lotus N Rose through the AWIN platform may be promoted. Affiliates must not publish, share, or promote unauthorised discount codes. Commission on sales generated through unapproved codes may be declined.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following practices are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the programme:
- Cookie stuffing or any form of artificial traffic generation
- Incentivised clicks or forced redirects
- Spam, unsolicited email marketing, or any form of misleading advertising
- Use of Lotus N Rose branding in a way that implies official endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship
- Any activity that violates AWIN's Publisher Code of Conduct
8. Brand & Creative Assets
Lotus N Rose will provide affiliates with access to approved creative assets including banners, product images, and promotional copy via the AWIN platform. All assets remain the intellectual property of Lotus N Rose and may only be used for the purpose of promoting the programme during the period of active membership.
9. Programme Changes & Termination
Lotus N Rose reserves the right to:
- Amend commission rates, cookie duration, or programme terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided through AWIN
- Suspend or terminate an affiliate's participation at any time for breach of these terms, or for any conduct deemed damaging to the Lotus N Rose brand
- Close the programme entirely, with reasonable notice to active affiliates
Affiliates may leave the programme at any time by deactivating their participation through the AWIN platform.
10. Payment
All payments are processed through the AWIN network in accordance with AWIN's standard payment schedule and policies. Lotus N Rose is not directly responsible for payment processing.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
