Program Terms

Welcome to the Blueprint Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Blueprint Affiliate Program (the "Program"), operated by Continuance LLC ("Blueprint," "we," "us," or "our") through the AWIN affiliate network ("Network"). By submitting an application to join the Program, you ("Affiliate," "Publisher," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms, the AWIN Publisher Terms and Conditions, and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Program Overview

The Blueprint Affiliate Program rewards qualified content publishers, editorial sites, influencers, newsletters, podcasts, and review platforms for driving net new customer acquisition to blueprint.com. Blueprint is a science-based longevity and nutrition brand. We partner with publishers whose audiences are engaged in health optimization, evidence-based wellness, nutrition, and longevity, and whose content meets a high editorial standard unless otherwise stated. Participation in the Program is by application and approval only. Acceptance is at Blueprint's sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Program, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts; (b) operate a website, newsletter, podcast, social channel, or other media property with original, ongoing content; (c) maintain an audience that is predominantly United States–based unless otherwise approved in writing; (d) operate in good standing on the AWIN network with no history of fraud, terms violations, or commission reversals on prior programs; (e) comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255); and (f) maintain editorial standards consistent with Blueprint's brand positioning, including factual accuracy, transparency, and compliance with FDA and FTC guidance applicable to dietary supplements and wellness products.

3. Approved Publisher Categories

Blueprint partners with the following publisher categories: original editorial and content sites; product review and comparison sites with original methodology; newsletter publishers with first-party audience lists; podcasters and long-form audio creators; influencers and creators on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Substack, and equivalent platforms; long-form video creators; and email media properties operating under verified opt-in consent.

4. Prohibited Publisher Categories

The following publisher types are not eligible for the Program. Applications from these publishers will be rejected, and any such publisher discovered in the Program post-approval will be removed without notice and without payment of pending commissions:

(a) Coupon, voucher, promo code, and discount code aggregator sites, including but not limited to RetailMeNot, CouponFollow, Slickdeals, Groupon, DealCatcher, and any equivalent property whose primary purpose is the aggregation or redistribution of promotional codes;

(b) Cashback and rebate sites, including but not limited to Rakuten, TopCashback, Ibotta, Mr. Rebates, and equivalents;

(c) Loyalty, points-based reward, and incentivized-purchase platforms;

(d) Browser extensions, toolbars, and code-injection software, including but not limited to Honey (PayPal), Capital One Shopping, Karma, Klarna, Microsoft Edge Shopping, Brave Rewards, Acorns Earn, Drop, Lolli, and any successor, equivalent, or comparable service that injects, modifies, intercepts, or overrides affiliate attribution at or near the point of conversion;

(e) Sub-networks, traffic resellers, and intermediary publishers that further distribute Blueprint offers to publishers Blueprint has not directly approved;

(f) Deal sites, daily deal aggregators, flash sale sites, and group-buying platforms;

(g) Paid-to-click, paid-to-read, paid-to-survey, and incentivized traffic sources;

(h) Adware, spyware, malware, and any publisher distributing software that modifies user browser behavior, redirects traffic, or installs without explicit user consent;

(i) Trademark-bidding publishers, as defined in Section 9;

(j) Any publisher whose primary business model relies on intercepting attribution, scraping promotional codes, or arbitraging brand demand the publisher did not generate.

The above list is illustrative and not exhaustive. Blueprint reserves the right to classify any publisher as prohibited based on actual promotional method, traffic source, audience quality, or attribution behavior, regardless of how the publisher is categorized on AWIN or any other network.

5. Application and Approval

All applications are reviewed manually. Auto-approval is disabled. We target a review window of ten business days but do not guarantee a response. Applications may be rejected without explanation. Rejected applicants may not reapply for ninety days and may not circumvent rejection by applying under a different domain, entity, or publisher account. Publishers must apply with the same domain and entity through which they will promote Blueprint. Material changes to your promotional model, traffic sources, or content after approval must be disclosed to Blueprint in writing within ten business days.

6. Commission and Payment

(a) Commission Rates. Commission rates, cookie duration, eligible products, and any custom terms are set forth in your individual program offer within AWIN and supersede any general statement on this page. Blueprint reserves the right to modify commission rates, cookie windows, and product eligibility at any time. Material changes will be communicated through AWIN with reasonable advance notice.

(b) Qualifying Orders. Commissions are payable on net new customer orders only, defined as orders placed by customers who have not previously purchased from Blueprint, unless otherwise specified in your individual offer. Subscription renewals, repeat orders, and orders to existing customers are not commissionable unless explicitly included in your offer.

(c) Reversals. Commissions are reversed for returns, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, orders flagged as fraudulent, orders placed by the Affiliate or Affiliate's household, orders by Blueprint employees, and any order whose attribution path violates these Terms. Blueprint reserves the right to reverse commissions retroactively upon identification of non-compliance, regardless of payout status.

(d) Payment. Payments are processed by AWIN according to AWIN's standard payment schedule. Blueprint is not responsible for payment delays, processing errors, or currency conversion attributable to the Network.

(e) Minimum Threshold. Subject to AWIN's minimum payout threshold then in effect.

7. Tracking and Attribution

Tracking is administered exclusively by AWIN. Commissions are awarded based on AWIN's last-click attribution model unless otherwise specified. Blueprint does not honor offline conversions, manually claimed commissions, or attribution outside the AWIN tracking system. Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframe injection, and any artificial means of generating clicks or attributing conversions are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate removal and clawback of all commissions paid.

8. Promotional Code Policy

Blueprint does not issue general-distribution promotional codes, coupon codes, or discount codes. Any code purporting to offer a discount on Blueprint products that appears on a coupon site, aggregator, browser extension, or third-party listing was not authorized by Blueprint, will not be honored at checkout, and any commission attributed to its use will be reversed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.

Codes issued under specific creator, influencer, or partnership agreements are for use exclusively within the audience, channel, and time period defined in that agreement. Such codes may not be listed on third-party sites, submitted to aggregators, posted in deal forums, or syndicated outside the authorized channel. Publishers are responsible for monitoring and preventing leakage of their own codes and must notify Blueprint at affiliate@blueprint.com within forty-eight hours of discovering unauthorized distribution. Failure to act on leakage is grounds for code revocation and program removal.

9. Trademark and Paid Search Restrictions

(a) Prohibited Bidding. Publishers may not bid on Blueprint trademarks, brand terms, common misspellings, or any variation thereof in paid search on Google, Bing, Yahoo, or any other search engine. Prohibited terms include but are not limited to: "Blueprint," "Blueprint Longevity," "Blueprint Nourish," "Bryan Johnson," "Don't Die," and any combination of the foregoing with modifiers including "coupon," "discount," "code," "promo," "deal," "review," "sale," "official," or "off."

(b) Display URLs and Ad Copy. Publishers may not use Blueprint trademarks in display URLs, ad copy, ad extensions, sitelinks, or any visible element of a paid search advertisement. Publishers may not direct-link from paid search ads to blueprint.com.

(c) Trademark+ Bidding. Bidding on Blueprint trademarks combined with any modifier ("Blueprint coupon," "Blueprint discount," etc.) is expressly prohibited.

(d) Enforcement. Violation of this Section 9 results in immediate removal from the Program, reversal of all commissions earned during the violation period, forfeiture of pending payouts, and may result in further legal action. Blueprint monitors paid search continuously and reserves the right to require publishers to provide evidence of compliance upon request.

10. Content and Disclosure Requirements

(a) FTC Compliance. Publishers must comply with the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and any successor guidance. All content promoting Blueprint must include clear and conspicuous disclosure of the material connection between the Publisher and Blueprint. Disclosures must appear before any affiliate link, in the same post or video frame as the promotional content, and in language a reasonable consumer would understand. Hashtag-only disclosures (e.g., "#ad" buried in a string of tags), disclosures behind "more" links, and disclosures placed below the fold are not acceptable.

(b) Prohibited Claims. Publishers may not state or imply that Blueprint products cure, treat, mitigate, prevent, or diagnose any disease. Publishers may not make claims about specific health outcomes, biomarker changes, longevity benefits, or therapeutic effects unless those claims are explicitly approved by Blueprint in writing and currently appear on the Blueprint website. Publishers may not use superlative or comparative claims ("the best," "the only," "scientifically proven to," "clinically proven," "doctor recommended") without written substantiation provided by Blueprint.

(c) Approved Claims. Publishers must rely on claims made by Blueprint on blueprint.com at the time of publication. Publishers are responsible for monitoring Blueprint's website and updating their content if Blueprint's approved claims change. Blueprint may provide a Publisher resource document containing approved claims and required disclaimers; Publishers must use this document if provided.

(d) Brand Representation. Publishers may not impersonate Blueprint, Bryan Johnson, or any Blueprint employee, contractor, or representative. Publishers may not use Blueprint's logo, brand assets, product photography, or proprietary imagery without prior written authorization. Publishers may not register, operate, or apply for domains, social media handles, app store listings, or other digital properties that incorporate Blueprint trademarks or confusingly similar variations.

(e) AI-Generated Content. Publishers using AI-generated content to promote Blueprint must disclose AI use where required by law and must ensure factual accuracy. AI-generated images depicting Bryan Johnson, Blueprint employees, or Blueprint products in misleading ways are prohibited.

11. Prohibited Content and Channels

Publishers may not promote Blueprint on or through: adult content sites; gambling, gaming-of-chance, or wagering sites; sites promoting illegal activity, weapons, illicit drugs, or controlled substances; sites containing hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content; content directed to or primarily consumed by minors under 18; sites with manufactured, incentivized, or fraudulent traffic; sites employing pop-unders, forced redirects, or interstitial ads that obscure the destination; email or SMS campaigns sent to recipients who have not provided verified opt-in consent; paid placements on sub-networks, ad exchanges, or programmatic inventory without Blueprint's prior written approval; any property that violates third-party intellectual property rights.

12. Browser Extensions and Attribution Interference

Publishers may not operate, partner with, drive traffic through, or benefit from browser extensions, toolbars, plugins, or any software that injects, modifies, overrides, or intercepts affiliate cookies at or near the point of conversion. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the Publisher directly operates the offending tool. Commissions attributed to last-click sources originating from browser extensions, code injection, or attribution interference will be reversed. Blueprint reserves the right to reverse such commissions retroactively, with or without notice, and to remove any Publisher whose attribution path is determined to involve such tools.

13. Data, Privacy, and Customer Communication

Publishers may not collect, store, or process personal information of Blueprint customers without Blueprint's prior written consent and full compliance with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia CDPA, Colorado CPA, and any other applicable state or federal privacy law. Publishers may not contact Blueprint customers directly outside the Publisher's own authorized channels. Publishers may not represent themselves as Blueprint customer service or attempt to handle customer inquiries on Blueprint's behalf.

14. Confidentiality

Commission rates, custom offers, performance data, internal communications from Blueprint, and any non-public information shared in connection with the Program are confidential. Publishers may not disclose this information to third parties, post it publicly, share it with competitors, or use it to solicit competing offers. This obligation survives termination of the Program.

15. Monitoring, Audit, and Enforcement

Blueprint and AWIN monitor the Program continuously. Blueprint reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to audit Publisher traffic sources, promotional methods, content, attribution paths, and compliance with these Terms. Publishers must respond to audit requests within five business days. Failure to respond is grounds for suspension.

Violations of these Terms may result, at Blueprint's sole discretion, in any combination of: written warning; suspension of tracking; removal from the Program; reversal of pending commissions; clawback of previously paid commissions; forfeiture of all unpaid balances; reporting to AWIN for network-level action; and legal action for damages, including but not limited to claims under the Lanham Act, state unfair competition laws, and breach of contract.

16. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, Publishers must, within seventy-two hours: remove all Blueprint affiliate links, banners, codes, creative, and references from owned properties; cease all paid media activity referencing Blueprint; and confirm completion in writing if requested. Commissions on orders placed after termination are not payable. Blueprint's right to reverse commissions for pre-termination violations survives termination. Sections 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, and 19 survive termination.

17. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." BLUEPRINT MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. BLUEPRINT DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OF TRACKING, REPORTING, OR PAYMENT SYSTEMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUEPRINT'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE PROGRAM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL COMMISSIONS PAID TO THE PUBLISHER IN THE NINETY (90) DAYS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL BLUEPRINT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL.

18. Indemnification

Publisher agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blueprint, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) Publisher's breach of these Terms; (b) Publisher's content, claims, or promotional activity; (c) Publisher's violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right; (d) Publisher's failure to comply with FTC, FDA, or other regulatory requirements; (e) Publisher's misuse of Blueprint trademarks or brand assets.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Program shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction therein. The parties waive any right to a jury trial. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or be forever barred.

20. Independent Contractor Relationship

Publisher is an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or franchise relationship. Publisher has no authority to bind Blueprint or make representations on Blueprint's behalf.

21. Modifications

Blueprint may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through AWIN with reasonable notice. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance. It is the Publisher's responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

22. Assignment

Publisher may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without Blueprint's prior written consent. Blueprint may assign these Terms freely.

23. Entire Agreement; Severability

These Terms, together with the individual program offer in AWIN and the AWIN Publisher Terms, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Program. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
