Return & Exchange Policy
At SoftDream Jewellery by Laura Galasso, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read our return and exchange policy below.
Returns
We accept returns of unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
Approved returns are eligible for store credit only.
Please note:
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions.
After we receive and inspect the item(s), store credit will be issued if the return meets our policy requirements.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase following the return process above and use your store credit to place a new order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at:

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
International Returns
For international returns outside the UK, please clearly mark the parcel as:
“Returned Goods” or “Return Shipment to Origin”
This helps avoid unnecessary customs charges or delays.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for all international returns.
