MamaRaya Affiliate Program Terms
By joining the MamaRaya affiliate program, publishers agree to promote our brand in a truthful, ethical, and brand-safe manner.
MamaRaya is a handmade baby and family gift brand offering personalized baby baskets, nursery storage baskets, newborn gifts, baby shower gifts, and meaningful personalized keepsake products for parents and children.
Approved publishers may promote MamaRaya through content websites, parenting blogs, gift guides, baby product reviews, lifestyle content, newsletters, social media content, and other approved promotional channels.
Publishers must not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unauthorized claims about MamaRaya, our products, pricing, discounts, shipping times, or return policies.
Publishers may not use unauthorized coupon codes, fake discounts, misleading promotional messages, or any advertising method that may damage the MamaRaya brand or confuse customers.
Publishers may not promote MamaRaya on websites or channels containing illegal, adult, hateful, violent, discriminatory, misleading, or low-quality content.
Publishers may not use MamaRaya’s brand name, logo, product images, or website content in a way that suggests official ownership, partnership, or endorsement without written approval.
Commission is only payable on valid, tracked, completed purchases that are not cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, duplicated, or generated through prohibited promotional methods.
MamaRaya reserves the right to decline, reverse, or cancel commissions for orders that violate these terms, including self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized coupon use, cancelled orders, refunded orders, or orders generated through brand bidding or prohibited paid search activity.
All paid search, PPC, coupon, cashback, loyalty, influencer, and sub-network activity must follow the specific rules listed in the relevant sections of these program terms.
MamaRaya reserves the right to review publisher activity, request changes to promotional content, reject applications, suspend publishers, or remove publishers from the program at any time if their activity does not align with our brand guidelines or program terms.
By participating in the MamaRaya affiliate program, publishers agree to comply with all applicable laws, advertising standards, platform policies, and Awin network terms.
