Welcome to the Dragoart Tattoo Supply Affiliate Program

Thank you for partnering with Dragoart Tattoo Supply. Since 2000, we've equipped 10,000+ professional tattoo artists across 10+ countries with factory-direct machines, needles, inks, stencil printers, and kits. By joining and remaining active in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms exist alongside Awin's standard Publisher Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, Awin's network-level terms take precedence.

Dragoart Tattoo Supply reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Partners will be notified of material changes via the Awin Communication Center. Continued participation in the program following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Please note — this program operates with a 30-day closure notice period. Refer to your contractual terms and conditions for further information on your notice period, or reach out to support. 

Partner Benefits Upon Approval

Upon approval into the program, partners will receive:

• Welcome Pack — a PDF overview of Dragoart's brand story, top-selling products, content angles, and program highlights
• Creative Assets — banners, product images, and brand logo files ready to use across all platforms
• Personalized Customer Coupon Code — every approved partner receives their own unique 10% off customer code (e.g., YOURNAME10) for use across social media, video, and written content. Codes are attributed directly to your Publisher ID so you earn commission even when a customer uses your code without clicking a tracked link
• Deeplinks — available to all product pages, collection pages, and landing pages on dragoarttattoo.com
• Product Feed — available for comparison, content, and shopping partners
• Dedicated Contact — direct access to the Dragoart affiliate team via the Awin Communication Center for creative requests, exclusive codes, and partnership opportunities

Commission Structure & Rates

Commission is earned on completed, paid orders placed through a valid tracked affiliate link or attributed customer coupon code on dragoarttattoo.com.

Customer Coupon: All approved partners receive a personalized 10% off customer code. Minimum order value of $39.99 applies.

Any changes to commission rates will be communicated with a minimum of 7 days' notice via the Awin Communication Center. Commission changes apply to new transactions only. Existing pending transactions will be validated at the rate active at the time of the original click.

Validation Process & Returns Policy

All transactions carry a 37-day validation period, covering our 30-day returns window plus a 7-day processing buffer.

Within this period, Dragoart will review and approve or decline each pending transaction. The following will be declined with a reason code where possible:

• Orders returned or refunded within our returns window
• Orders cancelled prior to fulfilment
• Orders placed using unauthorized voucher codes
• Transactions identified as fraudulent or in breach of these terms
• Self-referral orders (partners purchasing through their own links)
• Orders where the affiliate link or cookie was overwritten by prohibited activity (e.g., toolbar or adware traffic)

Transactions not actioned by Dragoart before the end of the 37-day validation period will be auto-approved by Awin and included in the next payment cycle. Partners are encouraged to flag any transaction queries promptly via the Awin Communication Center.

Commissionable Actions

Commission is earned only on completed, paid orders placed through a valid Awin tracked affiliate link or an attributed personalized customer coupon code on dragoarttattoo.com.

The following are not commissionable:

• Orders placed using unauthorized, expired, or third-party voucher codes
• Cancelled or fully refunded orders
• Fraudulent transactions
• Self-referrals (partners purchasing through their own links or coupon codes)

Voucher & Coupon Codes

Partners may only promote voucher codes and promotional offers officially issued by Dragoart Tattoo Supply through one of the following channels:

• Published in the Awin My Offers section of this program
• Sent directly via the Awin Communication Center
• Provided in writing by the Dragoart affiliate team

Partners operating coupon or deal sites must only display codes actively listed in My Offers. Promoting expired, unauthorized, or third-party sourced codes is a breach of these terms and will result in commission reversal on affected transactions. Personalized partner codes (e.g., YOURNAME10) must only be used by the assigned partner and must not be redistributed to other affiliates or coupon sites without prior written approval.

Cookie Period

This program operates a 30-day cookie window for all standard partners. Commission is attributed to the last valid affiliate click before purchase. Refer to your contractual terms and conditions for further information on cookie periods.

Age & Content Compliance

Tattoo equipment and supplies are intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. Partners must not market Dragoart products to audiences under 18 years of age. Promotional content must not appear on websites, channels, or platforms primarily directed at minors. All partners must comply with applicable advertising laws and standards, including mandatory FTC affiliate disclosure requirements for U.S.-based partners and equivalent disclosure standards in all other markets.

Eligible Promotional Territory

This program is open to partners promoting to audiences in the United States. Partners targeting non-English-language audiences must obtain prior written approval via the Awin Communication Center before publishing any promotional content.

Statement of Consequences

Dragoart Tattoo Supply takes program integrity seriously. Any breach of these terms may result in one or more of the following actions at Dragoart's discretion:

• Commission reversal on all transactions generated in breach of these terms
• Immediate suspension from the program pending investigation
• Permanent removal from the program with written notice via Awin
• Reporting to Awin for network-level review where conduct breaches Awin's Publisher Terms

Breaches include but are not limited to: brand bidding in paid search, promoting unauthorized coupon codes, misrepresenting Dragoart products, targeting audiences under 18, using prohibited traffic methods (toolbar, adware, incentivized traffic without approval), and self-referral activity.
