By joining the EISENBERG Paris Affiliate Programme, you agree to comply with the following terms. These terms apply to all promotional activity conducted on behalf of EISENBERG Paris through the Awin network.

1. Programme Overview EISENBERG Paris is a French luxury skincare, make-up and fragrance brand. Our affiliate programme is designed to work with quality partners who share our commitment to excellence and premium brand positioning. We welcome content creators, beauty editors, lifestyle media, community platforms and approved search partners.

2. Commission Commission rates are attractive and variable depending on partnership type. Rates may differ for content, search, CSS, retargeting and other publisher categories. Commission is calculated on the net order value excluding VAT, delivery charges, credit card fees and gift wrapping. EISENBERG Paris reserves the right to adjust commission rates with a minimum of 14 days' notice to publishers.

3. Cookie Duration The programme operates with a 30-day cookie window. Last click attribution applies.

4. Validation Period Transactions are validated after the return period has elapsed. Commissions will be declined for the following reasons: order cancelled, item returned, duplicate order, item out of stock, breach of programme terms, fraud detected, test orders, or unauthorized use of promotional codes.

5. Brand Protection & PPC Policy Bidding on EISENBERG brand terms ("EISENBERG", "EISENBERG Paris", "eisenberg.com"), brand variations, misspellings, or brand + keyword combinations is strictly prohibited in paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads, and all other search engines). The EISENBERG brand name must not appear in publisher display URLs or paid search ad titles and descriptions. Publishers must add "EISENBERG" and all brand variations to their negative keyword list. Violation will result in immediate commission decline, reversal of affected commissions, and potential removal from the programme. A restricted group of publishers may be granted specific brand bidding authorization on a case-by-case basis.

6. CSS (Comparison Shopping Service) CSS activity is permitted on non-brand generic keywords only, unless specific written brand authorization has been granted. All CSS activity must be tracked through a separate dedicated publisher account. Product feed content must not be altered or enriched with unofficial descriptions.

7. Promotional Codes & Offers Publishers must only promote current, valid offers communicated through the Awin platform. Creating, distributing or displaying unauthorized, fabricated or expired promotional codes is strictly prohibited. Commissions generated through unauthorized codes will be declined.

8. Branding & Content Guidelines The brand name must always appear as "EISENBERG Paris" or "EISENBERG" in capital letters. All promotional content must reflect our luxury positioning. Aggressive discounting language ("cheap", "bargain", "clearance", "low-cost") is not permitted. Only official visuals from the Awin creative library or document section may be used. Visuals must not be altered, cropped or overlaid with text. Product claims must be based solely on official descriptions from eisenberg.com. The Formule Trio-Moléculaire® name may only be used with official wording.
