Program Terms

WILDGUARDER Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions

By joining the WILDGUARDER affiliate programme, publishers agree to follow the terms below.

1. Approved Promotional Methods

Approved publishers may promote WILDGUARDER through the following methods:

- Content websites
- Product review articles
- Buying guides
- Comparison articles
- Outdoor gear blogs
- Hunting, camping, wildlife, survival, and farm/ranch content sites
- YouTube product reviews and outdoor test videos
- Email newsletters with compliant opt-in audiences
- Selected coupon, discount, and deal websites
- Social media content, where compliant with platform rules

2. Prohibited Promotional Methods

Publishers are not allowed to use the following methods without written permission from WILDGUARDER:

- Paid search bidding on WILDGUARDER brand terms
- Paid search bidding on misspellings or variations of WILDGUARDER
- Paid search bidding on WILDGUARDER + coupon, WILDGUARDER + discount, WILDGUARDER + promo code, or similar terms
- Direct linking from paid search ads to wildguarder.com
- Cookie stuffing
- Forced clicks
- Misleading redirects
- Fake coupon codes
- Unauthorized coupon code scraping
- Misleading discount claims
- Toolbar, browser extension, or software-based traffic without prior written approval
- Spam email
- Incentivized traffic without approval
- Adult, gambling, illegal, misleading, or harmful content
- Any activity that misrepresents the publisher as WILDGUARDER or as an official WILDGUARDER website

3. Coupon and Discount Code Policy

Only coupon codes officially provided by WILDGUARDER or made available through Awin may be promoted.

Publishers must not advertise expired, fake, unauthorized, or misleading coupon codes. Exclusive codes must only be promoted by the publisher to whom they are assigned unless written permission is granted.

WILDGUARDER reserves the right to decline commissions generated through unauthorized coupon usage, fake coupon pages, misleading discount claims, or non-compliant promotional methods.

4. Paid Search Policy

Publishers are not allowed to bid on WILDGUARDER branded keywords, misspellings, domain variations, or brand + coupon/discount/promo code terms in paid search campaigns without written approval.

Examples of restricted keywords include but are not limited to:

- WILDGUARDER
- WILDGUARDER coupon
- WILDGUARDER discount
- WILDGUARDER promo code
- WILDGUARDER night vision
- wildguarder.com

5. Content Guidelines

Publishers should present WILDGUARDER products accurately and professionally. Product claims must be based on official product information, actual product experience, or clearly stated opinion.

Publishers must not make false, exaggerated, or unsupported claims about product performance, legality, safety, warranty, shipping times, or discounts.

6. Commission Validation

Commissions are subject to validation. WILDGUARDER may decline or adjust commissions for:

- Cancelled orders
- Refunded orders
- Fraudulent orders
- Duplicate transactions
- Test orders
- Self-referrals
- Unauthorized coupon usage
- Non-compliant promotional activity
- Orders generated through prohibited traffic sources

7. Review Samples

Review samples may be available for qualified content partners, YouTube creators, and product reviewers. Sample approval is at WILDGUARDER’s sole discretion.

Receiving a sample does not guarantee higher commission unless agreed in writing. Partners receiving samples are expected to create authentic content and include their Awin affiliate link where applicable.

8. Brand Representation

Publishers may not represent themselves as WILDGUARDER, use confusingly similar domain names, or create websites/social profiles that may appear to be official WILDGUARDER properties.

9. Compliance

Publishers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, disclosure requirements, and Awin network rules.

WILDGUARDER reserves the right to remove any publisher from the programme and decline commissions if these terms are violated.
