Lobsterboys Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions.
Welcome to the Lobsterboys Affiliate Programme. By promoting our products, you agree to comply with the following terms:
1. Commission Structure
Commission is paid on the net purchase amount (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns).
Lobsterboys pays the following commission:
-10% for New Customer Orders and gift cards
-2% for Repeat Orders
Cookie window: 7 days.
Commissions will be validated at the end of the month.
2. PPC Policy
No Brand Bidding allowed: you are prohibited from bidding on the "Lobsterboys" brand name and "Lobsterboys.com", including misspellings and variations, on all search engines (Google, Bing, etc.).
Negative Keywords: All PPC affiliates must add "Lobsterboys" as a negative keyword in their campaigns.
Direct Linking: Direct linking to lobsterboys.com from paid search ads is not permitted unless explicitly authorized.
3. Promotion & Content Guidelines
Brand Integrity: Publishers must not promote Lobsterboys on sites containing adult, illegal, or offensive content.
Voucher Codes: Affiliates may only promote discount codes that are explicitly provided through the Awin platform. Use of codes intended for other channels (e.g., private influencer codes or newsletter codes) may lead to commission reversal.
Social Media: When promoting on social media, you must comply with local advertising regulations (e.g., using #ad or #sponsored).
Cashback: falls outside the current scope of our marketing strategy.
4. De-Duplication & Attribution
We apply a Last Click attribution model.
Sales will be de-duplicated to ensure single-source attribution.
5. Termination
Lobsterboys reserves the right to remove any publisher from the programme if they breach these terms. Any commissions earned through fraudulent or non-compliant methods will be cancelled.
6. Anti-spam Policy
The Affiliate must strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations. All emails sent in connection with the Affiliate Programme must include the appropriate parties opt-out link. Affiliates must submit the final version of the email to the Company for approval by sending it to the Company representative.
