Oliviera Home Affiliate Program Policy

Oliviera Home welcomes partnerships with brand-aligned publishers, content creators, influencers, bloggers, editors, lifestyle websites, gift guides, and other partners who promote our products in a thoughtful, accurate, and premium manner.

All publishers must comply with the following program terms. Oliviera Home reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or remove any publisher from the program at any time based on brand fit, promotional method, traffic quality, or suspected misuse of the affiliate program. Any commissions generated through activity that violates these terms may be declined, reversed, or deemed non-commissionable.

1. Paid Search / PPC Policy

Publishers are not permitted to run paid search, PPC, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo Ads, shopping ads, CSS campaigns, retargeting ads, or any other paid advertising activity using Oliviera Home’s brand name, previous brand name Olive & Linen, domain names, product names, trademarks, misspellings, variations, or brand + keyword combinations.

Restricted terms include, but are not limited to: Oliviera Home, Oliviera, olivierahome, olivierahome.com, Olive & Linen, Olive and Linen, oliveandlinen, oliveandlinen.com, and any misspellings, variations, or combinations with words such as coupon, discount, promo code, sale, deal, review, towel, robe, soap, blanket, home, bath, or similar terms.

Publishers may not bid on or appear in paid search results for any branded or brand-related search terms. Publishers may not use Oliviera Home’s brand name in ad copy, paid search titles, descriptions, display URLs, destination URLs, or tracking URLs without prior written approval.

Direct linking to olivierahome.com from any paid search or paid advertising campaign is strictly prohibited. Any sales generated through unauthorized PPC, paid search, shopping ads, CSS activity, or brand bidding will not be eligible for commission.

2. Coupon, Voucher, and Promotional Code Policy

Oliviera Home does not permit unauthorized coupon, voucher, discount, promo code, deal, or offer sharing.

Publishers may not promote leaked codes, expired codes, private customer codes, welcome codes, email/SMS-exclusive codes, influencer-specific codes, trade/wholesale codes, customer service codes, or codes intended for another audience.

Publishers may not display misleading coupon language such as “verified code,” “exclusive code,” “best discount,” “working code,” or similar claims unless the offer has been officially approved for affiliate promotion.

Sales generated through unauthorized coupon codes, leaked codes, expired codes, misrepresented offers, or codes intended for another audience may be declined, reversed, or considered non-commissionable.

Coupon, voucher, deal, cashback, loyalty, and similar promotional publishers require prior written approval before promoting Oliviera Home.

5. Toolbar, Browser Extension, and Software Policy

Toolbar, browser extension, plug-in, software, adware, pop-up, pop-under, cookie-stuffing, forced-click, automatic redirect, or similar technology-based publishers are not permitted without prior written approval.

Publishers may not overwrite, intercept, or redirect traffic that would otherwise reach Oliviera Home directly or through another publisher. Publishers may not use technology that triggers affiliate tracking without a clear and intentional user click.

Any commissions generated through toolbars, browser extensions, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, auto-redirects, adware, or other non-transparent tracking methods may be declined or reversed.

Oliviera Home reserves the right to review traffic sources, order patterns, conversion rates, and promotional methods. Suspicious, low-quality, fraudulent, or non-compliant activity may result in removal from the program and reversal of commissions.

7. Email, SMS, and Direct Messaging Policy
