PPC & Trademark Bidding Policy

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on brand-related keywords in any paid search activity, including:

• Luxe Fashion Clothing
• LuxeFashionClothing.com
• Any variations, misspellings, or branded terms

This applies to:

• Google Ads, Bing Ads, and all search platforms
• Display URLs, ad copy, and keyword targeting

Any violation may result in commission reversal and removal from the program.

Coupon & Promotional Code Policy

• Affiliates may only promote official coupon codes provided directly by Luxe Fashion Clothing or through the affiliate platform.
• The use of unauthorized, expired, or scraped codes is strictly prohibited.
• Exclusive or influencer-specific codes must not be shared publicly unless approved.

Orders generated using unauthorized codes may lead to commission being declined.

Brand Representation Guidelines

Affiliates must ensure all promotions reflect the brand accurately and professionally:

• Use only approved creatives, logos, and product images
• Do not misrepresent pricing, discounts, or product details
• Avoid misleading claims or exaggerated offers
• Do not impersonate Luxe Fashion Clothing on any platform

Maintaining brand integrity is essential for long-term partnership success.

Traffic Restrictions

The following traffic sources are not permitted:

• Adult, illegal, or offensive content
• Misleading redirects or forced clicks
• Cookie stuffing or fraudulent traffic
• Unauthorized incentivized traffic (cashback/rewards) unless approved

All traffic must be genuine, transparent, and compliant with Awin policies.

Commission Policy

• Commission is paid on validated net sales only
• Excludes VAT, shipping costs, returns, and canceled orders
• Validation Period: 30 days
