Bulldog Gear Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Bulldog Gear Affiliate Programme (“Programme”). By applying to or participating in the Programme, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, “your”) agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
The Programme is operated by Bulldog Gear (“Bulldog Gear”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
2. Eligibility
Applicants must be:
- Aged 18 years or over;
- Operating in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
- Able to provide accurate and complete registration information;
- In possession of active social media accounts, websites, communities, or platforms relevant to fitness, health, strength training, or related sectors.
Acceptance into the Programme is entirely at Bulldog Gear’s discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to:
- Promote Bulldog Gear in a professional and honest manner;
- Accurately represent Bulldog Gear products and brand values;
- Use only approved affiliate links, codes, imagery, and marketing materials where provided;
- Ensure all content complies with advertising regulations and disclosure requirements, including clearly identifying affiliate relationships where legally required;
- Maintain conduct consistent with the Bulldog Gear brand.
Affiliates must not:
- Make false or misleading claims about Bulldog Gear products;
- Impersonate Bulldog Gear or represent themselves as employees of Bulldog Gear;
- Bid on Bulldog Gear branded search terms without written permission;
- Create fake reviews, spam content, or misleading promotions;
- Use affiliate links in connection with illegal activities.
4. Brand Conduct & Content Standards
Bulldog Gear maintains a strong commitment to inclusivity, professionalism, and community standards.
Affiliates must not publish, promote, share, or associate Bulldog Gear with content including but not limited to:
- Hate speech or discriminatory language;
- Racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise abusive content;
- Harassment, bullying, or threatening behaviour;
- Explicit sexual or pornographic material;
- Violent, graphic, or extremist content;
- Illegal activity or promotion of illegal substances;
- Misleading, defamatory, or offensive material;
- Any content which, in Bulldog Gear’s opinion, may damage the reputation of the brand.
Bulldog Gear reserves the absolute right to remove, suspend, or terminate any Affiliate from the Programme immediately and without warning if we believe these standards have been breached.
No compensation, commission, or notice period shall be owed where termination occurs due to breach of these Terms.
5. Affiliate Links & Discount Codes
Affiliates will receive a unique affiliate link and/or discount code for promotional use.
Affiliate links and codes:
- Must only be used by the approved Affiliate;
- Must not be distributed on coupon websites;
- Must not be altered, copied, sold, or transferred;
- Remain the property of Bulldog Gear at all times.
Bulldog Gear reserves the right to deactivate or amend affiliate links and codes at any time.
6. Commission Structure
Commission rates, payment schedules, and qualifying sales criteria will be communicated separately by Bulldog Gear and may be amended at any time.
Commission will only be paid on verified and completed sales that:
- Have not been refunded, cancelled, or flagged as fraudulent;
- Are tracked correctly through the affiliate platform;
- Comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Bulldog Gear reserves the right to withhold or reverse commission where misuse, fraud, or breaches of these Terms are identified.
7. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use Bulldog Gear branding and marketing materials solely for participation in the Programme.
All trademarks, logos, product images, and content remain the property of Bulldog Gear.
Affiliates may not modify or misuse Bulldog Gear intellectual property without written consent.
8. Confidentiality
Any non-public information shared with Affiliates, including commission structures, product launches, campaigns, or business information, must be kept confidential unless expressly authorised for public release.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Programme at any time.
Bulldog Gear reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate account immediately and without notice for:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions;
- Conduct deemed harmful to the Bulldog Gear brand;
- Inappropriate, offensive, hateful, sexual, discriminatory, or unlawful content;
- Fraudulent activity or misuse of affiliate links;
- Inactivity for an extended period;
- Any behaviour Bulldog Gear reasonably considers damaging to its reputation.
Upon termination, Affiliates must immediately cease using all Bulldog Gear branding, links, codes, and marketing materials.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bulldog Gear shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential losses;
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity;
- Tracking interruptions, technical issues, or affiliate platform downtime.
Participation in the Programme is at the Affiliate’s own risk.
11. Changes to the Programme
Bulldog Gear may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Programme or any aspect of it at any time without liability.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
