Terms and Conditions

Beaucoup London Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Beaucoup London Affiliate Programme (“Programme”). By applying to or participating in the Programme, affiliates and publishers (“Publishers”) agree to comply with the following Terms.

1. About Beaucoup London

Beaucoup London is one of London’s leading luxury florists, specialising in exceptional floral arrangements, VIP gifting bouquets, bridal florals, and elegant event flowers. Renowned for its refined aesthetic, rare flower varieties, and elevated presentation, Beaucoup creates floral experiences designed to turn meaningful moments into lasting memories.

Our clients include some of London’s most prestigious hotels, luxury brands, high-net-worth individuals, and discerning customers seeking truly extraordinary gifting. From same-day luxury flower delivery within London to scheduled nationwide UK delivery, Beaucoup is dedicated to delivering flowers of uncompromising quality with exceptional attention to detail, craftsmanship, and service.

2. Commission Structure

Approved Publishers will receive 10% commission on validated sales generated through approved affiliate tracking links.

Commission is calculated on the net order value excluding:

  • VAT
  • Delivery fees
  • Cancelled or refunded orders

Beaucoup London reserves the right to offer bespoke commission structures, increased rates, or private commercial agreements to selected partners at its sole discretion.

3. Cookie Duration

The Programme operates on a 30-day cookie window. Where a customer completes a qualifying purchase within 30 days of clicking an approved affiliate link, commission may be attributed to the referring Publisher in accordance with the applicable attribution rules.

4. Validation & Payment

All transactions are subject to review and validation.

Commission will not be paid on:

  • Cancelled orders
  • Refunded transactions
  • Duplicate orders
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Self-referrals or self-purchases
  • Orders generated in breach of these Terms

Validated commissions will be processed in accordance with the payment schedule and policies of Awin.

5. Approved Promotional Methods

Publishers may promote Beaucoup London through:

  • Editorial and blog content
  • Luxury gifting and lifestyle features
  • Social media content
  • Influencer collaborations
  • Email marketing compliant with applicable laws and regulations
  • Approved paid placements

All promotional activity must accurately represent the Beaucoup London brand and maintain its premium positioning.

6. PPC & Keyword Restrictions

Publishers are strictly prohibited from bidding on, purchasing, or otherwise targeting the following keywords and variations in any paid advertising platform, including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, or similar services:

  • Beaucoup
  • Beaucoup London
  • www.beaucouplondon.co.uk
  • Any misspellings or variations of the Beaucoup brand name
  • Any trademarked terms associated with Beaucoup

Publishers may not:

  • Use the Beaucoup brand name in paid search ads
  • Direct link from PPC ads to the Beaucoup London website
  • Use the Beaucoup brand name in display URLs
  • Impersonate or present themselves as Beaucoup London
  • Bid on keywords intended to divert branded traffic

Violation of PPC restrictions may result in immediate removal from the Programme and reversal of unpaid commissions.

7. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Misleading or deceptive advertising
  • False claims or inaccurate product representation
  • Promotion of unauthorised discount codes or offers
  • Spam, unsolicited communications, or forced clicks
  • Adult, offensive, illegal, or discriminatory content
  • Trademark infringement
  • Cookie stuffing or fraudulent tracking methods
  • Incentivised traffic or cashback promotion without prior written approval

Beaucoup London reserves the right to reject or remove any Publisher at its discretion.

8. Brand Guidelines

Publishers must preserve the luxury image and reputation of Beaucoup London.

Publishers may not:

  • Position Beaucoup London as a discount or mass-market florist
  • Use misleading, low-quality, or altered brand assets
  • Misrepresent pricing, products, or services
  • Use outdated or unauthorised creative materials

Approved imagery and marketing assets may be provided upon request.

9. Promotional Codes

Only promotional codes officially supplied or approved by Beaucoup London may be used within affiliate content.

The use of expired, fabricated, leaked, or unauthorised codes may result in commission reversals and/or removal from the Programme.

10. Content & Placement Rights

Beaucoup London reserves the right to request the amendment or removal of any content that:

  • Contains inaccurate information
  • Damages the brand image
  • Conflicts with the luxury positioning of the business
  • Breaches these Terms

11. Programme Acceptance & Termination

Application to the Programme does not guarantee acceptance.

Beaucoup London reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject any Publisher application
  • Suspend or terminate participation at any time without notice
  • Reverse commissions relating to breaches of these Terms

12. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, imagery, product photography, and creative materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Beaucoup London.

Publishers are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use approved materials solely for the purpose of participating in the Programme.

13. Limitation of Liability

Beaucoup London shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Technical tracking failures outside reasonable control
  • Interruptions to the Programme or platform services

Total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total commission paid or payable to the Publisher during the preceding 12 months.

14. Amendments

Beaucoup London reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation in the Programme following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
