TRGT Terms & Conditions
1. Programme overview
These terms govern your participation in the Take TRGT affiliate programme, operated via the Awin network. By applying to and/or participating in the programme, you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to Awin's standard publisher terms and conditions.
Take TRGT produces nicotine-free performance pouches designed for energy, focus, hydration, electrolytes, recovery, and sleep. All promotional activity must accurately represent the product as a non-nicotine, non-tobacco product.
2. Commission & tracking
- Commission is earned on validated sales tracked through your unique Awin tracking link
- Cookie window: 30 days (last click attribution)
- Commissions are subject to a validation period; orders returned, cancelled, or fraudulent will result in commission reversal
- Commission rates are displayed in the Awin interface and may be updated by the advertiser on notice
3. Approved promotional methods
Publishers may promote Take TRGT via:
- Editorial content, blogs, and product reviews
- Organic social media posts (with affiliate disclosure)
- Email newsletters to opted-in subscriber lists
- Comparison, voucher, and review sites (only with active, brand-approved offers)
- Content creators and influencer channels
4. Prohibited promotional methods
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in commission reversal and programme removal:
- Creation of landing pages that replicate or closely imitate taketrgt.com
- Incentivised traffic, including toolbars, adware, loyalty schemes, or forced redirects
- Unsolicited or cold email marketing
- Pop-up or pop-under advertising
- Any content targeting users under the age of 18
- Coupon or cashback promotion using codes not officially provided by Take TRGT via the Awin interface
5. Non-nicotine product mandatory requirement
Take TRGT products contain no nicotine and no tobacco derivatives. Publishers must:
- Never describe, imply, or suggest the product contains nicotine, is a tobacco alternative, or aids smoking cessation
- Do not use comparisons to nicotine pouches, cigarettes, vaping products, or similar in promotional copy
- Accurately represent the product category as nicotine-free wellness and performance pouches
Violation of this requirement will result in immediate removal from the program.
6. Disclosure
All promotional content must include a clear and prominent affiliate disclosure in line with FTC guidelines (US), for example: "This post contains affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you make a purchase."
8. Intellectual property
Take TRGT retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, brand name, and assets. The licence granted to publishers to use these assets is non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited to the purpose of promoting the programme via approved Awin tracking links. This licence expires immediately upon removal or withdrawal from the programme.
9. Compliance
Publishers must comply with all applicable advertising laws, regulations, and self-regulatory codes, including but not limited to the FTC Endorsement Guidelines, ASA/CAP codes, GDPR, and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Take TRGT reserves the right to request evidence of traffic sources at any time.
10. Termination
Take TRGT reserves the right to remove any publisher from the programme at its sole discretion, including for breach of these terms, low-quality traffic, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, all use of brand assets must cease immediately, and any outstanding commissions for invalid transactions will be reversed.
11. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Publishers will be notified via the Awin interface. Continued participation in the programme following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
