Branding GuidelinesTo protect the integrity and positioning of the Otto Oehme GmbH brands, all publishers must comply with the following branding guidelines:
1. Brand Usage
- Our brand names, trademarks, and logos may only be used in their original and approved form.
- Any modification, distortion, or unauthorized use of brand assets is strictly prohibited.
- Publishers must not create the impression of being the brand owner or an official representative.
2. Domain & URL Restrictions
- The use of our brand name (or variations/misspellings) in domain names, subdomains, or URLs is strictly prohibited.
- This includes typos, combinations, or misleading variations of our brand.
3. Advertising & Messaging
- All advertising must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
- Exaggerated claims, false promises, or unrealistic product results are not permitted.
- Content must reflect the brand’s positioning: high-quality, reliable, and solution-oriented products.
4. Paid Search & Brand Bidding
- Bidding on brand-related keywords (including variations and misspellings) is strictly prohibited.
- The use of our brand name in ad titles, descriptions, or display URLs is not allowed without prior written approval.
5. Creatives & Content
- Only approved creatives, images, and materials provided by us may be used.
- Custom creatives require prior written approval.
- Product representations must remain accurate and consistent with official product descriptions.
6. Voucher & Promotion Policy
- Only officially provided voucher codes and promotions may be advertised.
- The use or distribution of unauthorized or expired voucher codes is prohibited.
7. Compliance & Legal
- Publishers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including advertising and data protection laws).
- Proper disclosure of affiliate relationships must be ensured where required.
8. Enforcement
- Any breach of these guidelines may result in commission rejection, suspension, or removal from the programme.
