Affiliates joining the Kavayn program can promote all available Kavayn products.

• Kavayn reserves the right to send e-mails to inform you of changes or additions to the Service or related products.
• Kavayn may change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement at any time and may alter, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service.
• In the event of a material change, you will be notified via e-mail, newsletter, or at least 30 days prior to changes taking effect, at which time you may agree or withdraw from the Service.

• Kavayn operates a 30-day cookie policy.

• Kavayn respects user privacy and will not disclose personal information to third parties without express permission from you and your company.

• Commission is pre-approved after the order is placed and confirmed by Kavayn and their supplier.
• All transactions from your site are tracked, with a 365-day payment window.
• Some products may require supplier approval, causing a confirmation delay.
• Commission is paid after the product delivery is completed.
   

• PPC campaigns are strictly forbidden for any search engine.
• Affiliates are NOT permitted to carry out any PPC search activity sending traffic to Kavayn directly.
• Any affiliate found running PPC activity will be terminated immediately and related commissions voided.
• Affiliates MUST NOT register, buy, or use domains that users may believe are part of Kavayn.
• Affiliates may not create websites that impersonate the Kavayn website.

Prohibited PPC Activities

• Using the Kavayn brand term in the sub-folder of the display URL (e.g., www.affiliate.com/kavayn)
• Using the Kavayn brand term in the sub-domain of the display URL (e.g., www.kavayn.affiliate.com)
• Using the Kavayn brand in the ad title
• Bidding on the brand term "Kavayn"
• Advertising as the Kavayn brand
• Showing adverts on competitors' brands
• Direct linking to the Kavayn website from paid search engines
• Using the Kavayn brand name in paid search titles and descriptions
• Displaying ads when the Kavayn brand name or variations (including misspellings or "Kavayn + another word") are used as search keywords

• No sending traffic through automatic redirects on a website page.
• No surreptitious use of i-frames to set cookies on a user's computer.
• No display of made-up or invented discount codes, or codes intended for other channels or publishers.
• No advertising as the Kavayn brand.
• Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and voided commissions.
   

• Discount code and deals publishers are accepted as long as they do not promote discount codes.
   

• All email marketing must be approved by Kavayn before distribution.

Creative & Banner Policy

• Affiliates may not alter any creative provided through the Affiliate Window interface.
• Affiliates are requested not to hardcode banners into their sites, so updates can take immediate effect.

• Offer and content feed available upon request.

• Violation of any term in this Agreement may result in immediate termination of your participation in the Kavayn affiliate program and the voiding of any related commissions.
