Decline Reasons
Commissions may be declined for the following reasons:
- Order cancelled, expired, or refunded
- Customer returned the order
- Use of unauthorised discount codes, including codes not approved for affiliate use or codes assigned exclusively to another publisher
- B2B sales
- Orders where both cashback and a discount code have been used, unless otherwise approved
- Orders containing non-commissionable products or items
- Any transactions identified as fraudulent or in breach of programme terms and conditions
