La Lune Affiliate Program Terms
By joining the La Lune Affiliate Program, publishers agree to promote La Lune in a professional, lawful, and brand-safe manner. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any publisher application at our discretion.
Commission
Affiliates earns commission on approved, tracked sales completed on our website, excluding canceled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, or duplicate transactions. Commission rates may be updated with notice through the network platform.
Search Policy
Publishers may promote La Lune through search activity using non-branded keywords only. Bidding on “La Lune,” misspellings, variations, trademarks, or branded terms is not permitted unless expressly approved in writing.
Coupon Codes & Offers
Only approved and currently active coupon codes or promotions may be advertised. Unauthorized, expired, misleading, or false discounts are prohibited.
Email Marketing
Email promotion is permitted only through permission-based lists and must comply with all applicable anti-spam and privacy laws. Spam or unsolicited email is prohibited.
Prohibited Activity
No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, adware, malware, toolbar injections, trademark misuse, false advertising, deceptive claims, or artificial traffic. Affiliates may not promote La Lune on adult, hateful, violent, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Brand Use
Publishers must represent La Lune accurately and may not alter logos, trademarks, imagery, or messaging in a misleading way.
Right to Modify
La Lune reserves the right to update these terms, commission rates, or program policies at any time.
