Awin Program Terms – SimplyExcess
PPC Policy
- Affiliates are not permitted to bid on “SimplyExcess”, or any variations, misspellings or close derivations of the brand in paid search activity.
- Brand terms must be added as negative keywords across all PPC campaigns.
- Affiliates must not use the brand name within display URLs, ad copy, or visible domains.
- Direct linking to the SimplyExcess website from paid search is not permitted without prior written approval.
- Any breach of PPC policy may result in commission being declined and/or removal from the programme.
Website & Promotion Restrictions
- Affiliates must not register or use domain names that could be confused with the SimplyExcess brand.
- URL masking, cloaking or misleading redirects are not permitted.
- Affiliates may not replicate or embed the website within iframes or similar technologies.
- All promotional activity must be transparent and clearly represent the affiliate relationship.
Branding Guidelines
- Affiliates must ensure all logos, messaging and brand references are accurate and up to date.
- No alterations may be made to official brand assets without prior approval.
- Any offers or messaging displayed must reflect the current proposition and terms available on site.
Commission & Validation
- Commission is paid on validated, completed transactions only (excluding cancellations, returns, or invalid leads).
- Commission will not be paid where activity breaches programme terms.
- Transactions may be declined in cases including (but not limited to): cancellations, duplicate transactions, fraudulent activity, or non-compliant promotional methods.
De-duplication
- Sales may be de-duplicated against other marketing channels where applicable.
- In cases of overlap, attribution will follow last-click methodology unless otherwise agreed.
Publisher Types
We welcome a range of publisher models including:
- Content partners
- Cashback and loyalty partners
- Voucher/code partners
- Email and media partners
All publishers are subject to approval and must comply with programme terms.
Additional Restrictions
- Affiliates must not promote the programme alongside inappropriate, misleading or adult content.
- Any incentive-based promotion must be clearly communicated and approved where required.
