Mero Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
By joining the Mero Affiliate Programme, affiliates agree to promote Mero in a truthful, ethical, brand-safe, and family-friendly manner.
Mero creates personalized animated short films where a child becomes the hero of their own story. Affiliates should position Mero as a meaningful personalized gift for parents, grandparents, guardians, relatives, and family gift-buyers. Promotions may focus on birthdays, milestones, bedtime adventures, sibling stories, confidence-building stories, encouragement films, magical family keepsakes, and personalized animated gifts.
Commission
Affiliates earn 20% commission on valid referred sales tracked through Awin.
The 20% commission applies to the customer’s eligible order value, excluding refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, taxes, shipping fees, and any non-commissionable fees where applicable.
Mero also offers 12-month returning customer commission attribution. This means that when an affiliate refers a new customer who makes their first purchase through the affiliate’s approved Awin tracking link, eligible repeat purchases made by that same customer within 12 months of their first purchase may also be allocated to the original referring affiliate, provided the repeat purchase is valid, trackable, and compliant with the programme terms.
Commission may be declined, reversed, or adjusted if an order is refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, duplicated, disputed, self-referred, or generated through prohibited promotional activity.
Mero reserves the right to review all transactions before approving commission.

Child Safety and Family-Friendly Requirements
Because Mero is a child and family-focused product, all promotions must be child-safe, respectful, and appropriate.

Coupon, Cashback, Loyalty, and Deal Sites
Coupon, cashback, loyalty, and deal-based affiliates must receive prior written approval before promoting Mero.
Affiliates may only promote official offers, discounts, or coupon codes provided by Mero through Awin or direct written approval.
Unauthorized coupon promotion may result in commission reversal.
Paid Media Restrictions
Affiliates may not run paid search, paid social, display, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Meta, Google, or other paid advertising campaigns using Mero’s brand name, website URL, creative assets, product identity, or official-style messaging without prior written approval.
Direct linking from paid ads to the Mero website is not allowed unless approved in writing.
Content and Creative Assets
Affiliates may use official Mero creatives, links, banners, product descriptions, and approved promotional materials provided through Awin.
Affiliates may create their own content, but it must be accurate, family-safe, and aligned with Mero’s brand positioning.
Mero reserves the right to request edits or removal of any content that is inaccurate, misleading, unsafe, off-brand, or non-compliant with these terms.
Customer Orders and Tracking
All orders must be tracked through Awin using the affiliate’s approved tracking link.
Mero is not responsible for commissions that are not tracked due to incorrect links, browser settings, customer cookie restrictions, customer device changes, payment interruption, or actions taken outside the Awin tracking process.
Returning customer commission within the 12-month attribution period is only available where the customer and transaction can be validly tracked and attributed through the programme’s tracking rules.
Self-referrals, fraudulent orders, duplicate orders, and artificially generated transactions are not eligible for commission.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks
If a customer cancels, receives a refund, disputes a charge, or if the order is deemed invalid, the related commission may be declined or reversed.
Mero reserves the right to review all orders before approving affiliate commission.
Brand Protection
Affiliates must protect the reputation of Mero and avoid any promotional method that may harm the brand, mislead customers, or create confusion between the affiliate and the official Mero business.
Mero reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the programme at any time for brand safety, compliance, fraud prevention, or business reasons.
Programme Changes
Mero may update commission rates, attribution rules, promotional restrictions, validation periods, approved methods, or programme terms at any time.
Continued participation in the programme means the affiliate accepts the latest version of the programme terms.
