Beauté Boulevard Affiliate Programme — Terms and Conditions
1. Programme Overview
These terms govern the relationship between Beauté Boulevard (“the Advertiser”) and any publisher (“the Publisher”) approved to participate in the Beauté Boulevard Affiliate Programme via the Awin network. By joining this programme, the Publisher agrees to comply with all terms set out below, in addition to Awin’s own Publisher Terms and Conditions.rms and conditions content
2. Eligibility
Beauté Boulevard reserves the right to approve or decline any publisher application at its sole discretion. We actively welcome applications from:
• Cashback and reward platforms
• Price comparison and shopping feed publishers
• Beauty, fragrance and lifestyle content sites
• Gifting and occasion-based publishers
• Influencer networks and affiliate bloggers
Applications from publishers whose content is considered inappropriate, misleading or inconsistent with the Beauté Boulevard brand values will be declined.
3. Commission Rates
• A standard commission rate applies to all approved publishers and is displayed on the programme profile
• Enhanced commission rates are available to selected publishers by prior written agreement via the Awin platform
• Commission is calculated as a percentage of the net order value, excluding VAT, delivery charges and any applied discount codes
• Commission tiers and rates are subject to change. Publishers will be given a minimum of 14 days’ notice of any reduction to the standard commission rate
4. Cookie Window
• The tracking cookie duration is 30 days from the last click
• In the event of multiple publisher touchpoints, the last click attribution model applies, in line with Awin’s standard default
• Beauté Boulevard reserves the right to adjust cookie duration with reasonable notice
5. Prohibited Traffic Methods
The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the programme and commission reversal:
• PPC brand bidding: Publishers must not bid on the terms “Beauté Boulevard”, “Beaute Boulevard”, “beaute-boulevard.co.uk” or any close variations in any paid search campaign
• Trademark violation: Use of the Beauté Boulevard name, logo or brand assets in any misleading, unauthorised or brand-damaging context is prohibited
• Cookie stuffing: Any form of forced or non-consensual cookie dropping is strictly prohibited
• Incentivised clicks without approval: Publishers must not incentivise clicks to the Beauté Boulevard website without prior written approval
• Misleading advertising: Publishers must not make claims about pricing, availability or promotions that are inaccurate or have not been approved by Beauté Boulevard
• Voucher code misuse: Publishers must only promote discount codes that have been officially issued to them by Beauté Boulevard via the Awin platform. Use of unauthorised codes will result in commission reversal
• Adult or inappropriate content: Publishers whose platforms feature adult content, hate speech, discriminatory material or any content inconsistent with UK advertising standards will be declined or removed
• Spam and unsolicited email: Publishers must not promote Beauté Boulevard via unsolicited email or SMS marketing
6. Discount Codes and Promotions
• Exclusive discount codes will be issued to approved publishers at Beauté Boulevard’s discretion
• Codes are publisher-specific and must not be shared publicly outside of the approved publisher’s own platform without written consent
• Beauté Boulevard reserves the right to expire or modify promotional codes at any time
• Commission will not be paid on orders where an unauthorised discount code has been applied
7. Product Feed
• Beauté Boulevard will provide and maintain an up-to-date product feed via the Awin platform
• Pricing, availability and product information within the feed should be considered live data; publishers are responsible for ensuring their platforms reflect current feed data
• Publishers must not advertise products that are shown as out of stock or unavailable in the live feed
8. Order Validation and Commission Payment
• All transactions are subject to validation by Beauté Boulevard
• Commission will be declined on: cancelled orders, returned or refunded orders, fraudulent transactions, orders placed using staff or internal accounts, and orders generated through prohibited traffic methods
• Validated commissions will be confirmed in line with Awin’s standard payment schedule
• The validation period is 60 days from the transaction date, in line with our standard returns window
Where an order is partially returned, commission will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis to reflect only the value of goods retained by the customer. Commission will not be reversed on items that were kept, only on the value of items returned.
9. Intellectual Property
• Publishers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Beauté Boulevard brand assets (logo, product images, approved copy) solely for the purpose of promoting the affiliate programme
• All brand assets remain the property of Beauté Boulevard
• Publishers must not alter, distort or use brand assets in a manner inconsistent with brand guidelines
10. Programme Changes and Termination
• Beauté Boulevard reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates or the programme structure at any time, with reasonable notice provided via the Awin platform
• Beauté Boulevard reserves the right to terminate a publisher’s participation immediately and without notice in the event of a breach of these terms
• Publishers may leave the programme at any time via the Awin platform. Any validated commissions earned prior to departure will still be paid in line with the standard schedule
11. Compliance
• Publishers must comply with all applicable UK advertising regulations, including CAP Code guidelines, ASA rulings and UK GDPR requirements
• Any publisher promoting Beauté Boulevard to an email list must ensure that list was obtained with proper consent in line with UK GDPR and PECR
• Influencer and content publishers must clearly disclose affiliate relationships in line with ASA and CMA guidelines (e.g. #Ad or #Affiliate disclosure)
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
