All promotional activities must be conducted in a professional, ethical, and lawful manner. Publishers are responsible for ensuring that all content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform guidelines.
Publishers must not engage in any misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to false advertising, fake discount codes, unauthorized promotions, or brand misrepresentation.
The use of paid search (PPC), shopping ads, or any form of paid advertising using Colorfulkoala brand terms is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is granted.
Publishers are not permitted to register or use domain names, social media accounts, or any online properties that include "Colorfulkoala", "Dreamlux", or any variation or misspelling of these brand terms.
Only valid and officially approved discount codes may be promoted. Any misuse of coupon codes may result in commission reversal and removal from the program.
Commissions are paid only on valid, completed transactions. Colorfulkoala reserves the right to decline commissions in cases including, but not limited to, order cancellations, returns, duplicate orders, or breaches of program terms.
Publishers must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with applicable advertising regulations (e.g., FTC guidelines such as #ad or #affiliate).
Colorfulkoala reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and to suspend or remove any publisher who violates the program policies.
