Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
By joining our affiliate program via Awin, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation and promotion of our brand and products.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a 5% commission on the net value of each valid sale generated through their affiliate links.
- “Net value” excludes taxes, shipping fees, discounts, returns, and chargebacks.
- Commission is only paid on completed, non-refunded transactions.
- We reserve the right to adjust commission rates at any time with reasonable notice via Awin.
3. Tracking & Attribution
- Our program operates on a 30-day cookie window.
- If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, the sale will be attributed to you, provided no other affiliate link is clicked afterward.
- Attribution is typically based on a “last click” model unless otherwise specified within Awin.
4. Payment Terms
- Commissions are tracked, validated, and paid through Awin.
- Payments are subject to Awin’s payment schedule and minimum payout thresholds.
- We reserve the right to reverse commissions for returned, canceled, or fraudulent transactions.
5. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must:
- Accurately represent our brand, products, and offers.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including advertising and disclosure requirements (e.g., FTC guidelines).
- Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required.
Affiliates must not:
- Use misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about our products.
- Bid on our branded keywords or variations in paid search without prior written approval.
- Use spam, unauthorized email marketing, or deceptive practices.
- Impersonate our brand or create confusion with official brand channels.
6. Prohibited Content
Affiliates may not promote our products on websites or platforms that include:
- Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Hate speech, violence, or discrimination
- Adult or explicit material (unless explicitly approved)
7. Intellectual Property
- Affiliates may use approved creative assets provided through Awin.
- Any modification of brand assets must be pre-approved.
- All intellectual property remains the sole property of the brand.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at our discretion, including for:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Brand misuse or reputational risk
Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be withheld if violations are confirmed.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from participation in the affiliate program. We make no guarantees regarding earnings or performance.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
