By joining the PeakBuy affiliate program, partners agree to the following terms to ensure a fair and transparent collaboration:
Commission & Validation
- Commission is paid on valid, completed orders only
- Orders may be declined in cases of cancellations, returns, fraud, or duplicate transactions
- Validation typically occurs within 30 days after order completion
Allowed Promotion Methods
- Content websites, blogs, and review platforms
- Cashback and loyalty websites
- Email marketing (to opt-in subscribers only)
- Social media promotion
Restricted Promotion Methods
- No trademark bidding on “PeakBuy” or variations/misspellings in paid search campaigns
- No misleading or false claims about products, pricing, or discounts
- No use of unauthorized coupon codes or promoting expired offers as active
- No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any form of fraudulent activity
Coupon & Deal Policy
- Affiliates may only promote coupon codes provided through Awin or officially approved by PeakBuy
- Promotion of fake or scraped coupon codes is strictly prohibited
Traffic Guidelines
- All traffic must be genuine and compliant with applicable laws and regulations
- Incentivized traffic must be clearly disclosed
Brand Guidelines
- Affiliates must represent PeakBuy in a professional and accurate manner
- No use of brand assets (logo, creatives) in a misleading or harmful way
Order & Customer Policy
- Self-referrals (placing orders through your own affiliate link) may result in commission rejection
- Bulk or suspicious orders may be reviewed and declined
Program Changes
- PeakBuy reserves the right to update commission rates, terms, or policies at any time
- Affiliates will be notified of major changes through the Awin platform
