1. Program Overview
This affiliate program is operated by Cotlin. By joining this program, affiliates agree to promote our products in accordance with the terms below.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will receive a commission of 5%—10% per valid sale generated through tracked affiliate links.
- Commission is only paid on completed, non-refunded orders
- Shipping fees, taxes, and discounts may be excluded (if applicable)
3. Cookie Duration
The cookie duration is 30 days.
Commission will be attributed to the last valid click within this period.
4. Prohibited Traffic & Promotion Methods
Affiliates are NOT allowed to:
- Use misleading advertising or false claims
- Bid on brand keywords (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads)
- Use coupon sites without approval
- Use spam, bot traffic, or incentivized traffic
- Promote on adult, illegal, or offensive content sites
5. Coupon & Deal Policy (optional but important)
Only coupons provided by the brand may be promoted.
Unapproved coupon usage may result in commission reversal.
6. Order Validation
The merchant reserves the right to reject commissions for:
- Fraudulent orders
- Returned or refunded orders
- Self-purchases or suspicious transactions
7. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid via Awin according to its standard payment cycle (typically monthly or net terms defined by Awin platform rules).
8. Program Changes
The merchant reserves the right to modify commission rates, terms, or terminate the program at any time with prior notice.
9. Liability
Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees of the brand.
