ROAVE Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the ROAVE Affiliate Programme (“Programme”), managed via Awin. By joining the Programme, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. About ROAVE
ROAVE is a fabric-first clothing brand designed for life on the move. Our pieces are created to deliver comfort without compromise, bridging the gap between athleisure and smart-casual.
2. Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn a commission on all valid sales generated through tracked affiliate links.
- Commission rates will be outlined within the Awin platform and may be updated at ROAVE’s discretion.
- Commission is only payable on completed, non-returned, and non-refunded orders.
- ROAVE reserves the right to exclude certain products, promotions, or collections from commission.
3. Cookie Duration
- Awin’s standard tracking cookie applies 30 days unless otherwise specified.
- Commission will be attributed to the last valid affiliate click within the cookie window.
4. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must:
- Represent ROAVE in a way that aligns with our brand values (premium, elevated, effortless).
- Ensure all content is accurate, honest, and not misleading.
- Clearly disclose affiliate relationships in accordance with applicable regulations (e.g. ASA guidelines in the UK).
- Only use approved brand assets where provided.
Affiliates must not:
- Use ROAVE trademarks, brand name, or variations in paid search (including Google Ads bidding).
- Promote via spam, unsolicited messaging, or misleading claims.
- Use unauthorised discount codes or misrepresent pricing.
- Post content that is offensive, inappropriate, or damaging to the ROAVE brand.
5. Discount Codes
- Any affiliate-specific discount codes must be used as agreed and not shared on public discount or voucher websites unless explicitly approved.
- ROAVE reserves the right to deactivate codes or commissions if misuse is detected.
6. Returns & Cancellations
- Commission will not be paid on returned, cancelled, or fraudulent orders.
- ROAVE operates a returns policy (currently 28 days), and commissions will be adjusted accordingly.
7. Payment Terms
- Commission payments are managed and processed through Awin.
- Payment timing and thresholds are subject to Awin’s standard terms.
8. Intellectual Property
- All ROAVE brand assets, imagery, and content remain the property of ROAVE.
- Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use provided assets solely for Programme promotion.
9. Programme Changes & Termination
- ROAVE reserves the right to:
- Update commission rates
- Modify or withdraw offers
- Suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at any time without notice if terms are breached
- Affiliates may also withdraw from the Programme at any time.
10. Liability
- ROAVE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue or commission due to tracking issues, platform downtime, or third-party errors.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
