Welcome to the Clara’s Corner Organics Affiliate Programme.
Clara’s Corner Organics is owned and operated by The Skincare Farm Ltd. By applying to or participating in this affiliate programme, all approved partners agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, any applicable Awin network policies, and all relevant advertising, data protection and consumer protection laws.
Please note: this programme operates with a 30-day closure notice period. Please refer to the contractual terms and conditions for further information regarding notice periods or contact Awin support for assistance.
The advertiser reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.
Partner Benefits
Approved partners may receive:
Access to approved Clara’s Corner Organics banners, creative assets and promotional materials
Affiliate programme updates and campaign information
Affiliate support via the Awin platform
Access to seasonal campaigns, offers and product updates
Potential for increased commission rates or bespoke opportunities based on performance
Early access to selected product launches and campaigns where appropriate
All creatives, product information and promotional copy must be used in a way that accurately represents Clara’s Corner Organics and The Skincare Farm Ltd.
Commission Structure
Commission is paid on valid, completed sales generated through approved affiliate links.
Commission rates may vary depending on:
Customer type
Product category
Promotional campaign
Publisher type
Basket value thresholds
Bespoke partner agreements
Commission rates are subject to change in line with the programme notice period and Awin’s commission change policy.
Unless otherwise stated, commission is calculated on the sales value including VAT, but excluding delivery charges, shipping fees and any gift cards or non-commissionable items.
Validation Process
Transactions will be reviewed and validated once:
Payment has been successfully processed
The order has been dispatched
The order has not been cancelled, refunded or returned
Fraud checks have been completed
Any promotional codes used comply with programme rules
The transaction complies with these programme Terms & Conditions
The standard validation period is up to 30 days after dispatch, unless otherwise stated.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Commission will not be paid on:
Cancelled orders
Refunded orders
Returned products
Fraudulent transactions
Duplicate orders
Orders generated through unauthorised promotional methods
Orders using unauthorised, expired, leaked or misleading promotional codes
Transactions that breach these programme Terms & Conditions
The advertiser reserves the right to reverse commission where an order is cancelled, refunded, returned or found to be non-compliant.
Cookie Period
The affiliate tracking cookie period is 30 days, unless otherwise stated within the Awin platform.
Voucher Codes & Promotions
Affiliates may only promote voucher codes, discounts and promotional offers that are:
Provided directly through the Awin platform
Shared by Clara’s Corner Organics or The Skincare Farm Ltd directly
Listed within approved promotional communications
Clearly valid and in date
Affiliates must not promote unauthorised, expired, leaked, inaccurate or misleading voucher codes.
Affiliates must not imply that a discount exists where no valid discount has been provided.
Use of unauthorised promotional codes may result in commission reversal, suspension or removal from the programme.
Programme Violations
Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in:
Commission reversals
Temporary suspension from the programme
Permanent removal from the programme
Removal of tracking access
Rejection of future applications
Further action where appropriate under Awin policies
The advertiser reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action where necessary.

PPC Policy
Restricted PPC ActivityAffiliates must not bid on, purchase or otherwise target Clara’s Corner Organics branded search terms, including but not limited to:

“Claras Corner Organics”
“Clara’s Corner”
“Claras Corner”
“Clara’s Corner discount”
“Clara’s Corner promo code”
“Clara’s Corner voucher code”
“Clara’s Corner official”
“The Skincare Farm”
Brand misspellings or close variations
Affiliates must not:
Use the Clara’s Corner Organics brand name or close variations in PPC ad copy without prior written approval
Use the brand name or close variations in display URLs
Direct-link PPC ads to the Clara’s Corner Organics website
Bid on competitor terms alongside the Clara’s Corner Organics brand name
Run PPC activity that could mislead customers into believing the affiliate is the official brand website
Permitted PPC ActivityAffiliates may, with appropriate care and compliance:
Bid on generic, non-branded skincare, baby skincare, children’s skincare, organic skincare or parenting-related terms
Promote content-led landing pages, reviews, guides or editorial content
Use approved creative materials supplied through Awin or directly by the brand
Any PPC activity that infringes these rules may result in immediate suspension and commission reversal.
Transaction Policy
Commissionable AmountCommission is calculated on:
Net sales value excluding VAT
Excluding shipping, delivery and handling fees
Excluding gift cards, unless otherwise stated
Excluding cancelled, refunded or returned items
Transactions May Be Declined If:The order is cancelled
The order is refunded or returned
Payment fails
Payment is flagged as fraudulent
An unauthorised discount code is used
The transaction is duplicated
The transaction breaches programme terms
The order is generated through prohibited promotional methods
Affiliates will be notified of any significant transaction policy changes in line with the programme notice period.
Branding Guidelines
Affiliates must:
Use the correct brand name: Clara’s Corner Organics
Use approved spelling, product descriptions and creative assets
Avoid misleading claims regarding product performance, ingredients or results
Ensure all promotions comply with applicable advertising standards
Ensure content is appropriate for a family-focused, children’s skincare brand
Avoid any content that could damage the reputation of Clara’s Corner Organics, The Skincare Farm Ltd or associated brands
Affiliates must not:
Create social media accounts impersonating the brand
Register domains, subdomains or handles containing the brand name or close variations
Use unauthorised logos, outdated imagery or unapproved creative assets
Make medical, therapeutic or exaggerated product claims
Suggest endorsement by Clara’s Corner Organics unless agreed in writing
Use content that is offensive, misleading, unlawful, adult, discriminatory or reputationally damaging
All approved creatives should be sourced directly from Awin or supplied by Clara’s Corner Organics / The Skincare Farm Ltd.
Commission Change Policy
The advertiser will not reduce commission rates by more than 20% over a 30-day period and will provide affiliates with at least 7 days’ notice prior to any commission changes, in line with Awin’s commission change policy.
Notice Periods
The programme will provide advance notice for:
Commission changes
Tracking updates
Website changes that may affect tracking or conversions
Programme closure or suspension
Material changes to the affiliate programme terms
Standard notice period: 7 days minimum, unless urgent operational, legal, compliance or fraud-related issues arise.
Programme closure notice period: 30 days, unless otherwise stated in the advertiser’s contractual terms.
Approved Publisher Types
The programme welcomes:
Content publishers and bloggers
Parenting, family and lifestyle publishers
Beauty, skincare and wellness publishers
Editorial and review websites
Influencers and creators
Social media publishers
Cashback and loyalty partners
Email marketing partners, with prior written approval
Selected shopping and comparison partners, with prior approval
The following are prohibited unless approved in writing:
Browser extensions and toolbars
Incentivised traffic
Paid search activity using brand terms
Domain squatting or brand impersonation
Adult content websites
Spam or unsolicited email marketing
Misleading voucher code websites
Any activity that infringes trademarks or brand rights
The advertiser reserves the right to decline or remove publishers that are not aligned with the Clara’s Corner Organics brand.
De-duplication Policy
Clara’s Corner Organics and The Skincare Farm Ltd may operate across multiple marketing channels, including but not limited to:
Paid search
Email marketing
Organic social media
Paid social advertising
Influencer campaigns
PR activity
Display advertising
Direct partnerships
The programme may apply de-duplication rules where another channel is determined to be the final attributed source of sale under a last-click attribution model.
De-duplication is used to avoid multiple commissions being awarded for the same sale. The advertiser is committed to transparency regarding attribution practices and will communicate any material changes in accordance with programme notice periods.
