Program Terms

PaapiPlugin Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

By joining the PaapiPlugin programme on AWIN, you agree to the following.

1. Eligibility

  • You operate a website, newsletter, podcast, or social media presence with content relevant to WordPress, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, online publishing, or product reviews.
  • Your audience is composed of real human readers, viewers, or subscribers. Not bot traffic, paid-to-click users, or incentivized installs.
  • You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).
  • You comply with the laws of your country, including FTC, ASA, and equivalent disclosure rules, and with Amazon Associates' Operating Agreement where you also hold an Associate account.

2. Permitted promotional methods

  • Editorial content: blog posts, reviews, comparisons, tutorials, listicles
  • Email marketing to your own opt-in list
  • Organic social media posts
  • YouTube videos, podcasts, webinars
  • Comparison and "alternative to" pages
  • Free or paid newsletters
  • Free downloads (ebooks, templates, courses) where the affiliate link is contextual to the content

3. Restricted promotional methods

You may not:

  • Bid on PaapiPlugin trademark or brand keywords on any paid search platform (including but not limited to: "paapiplugin", "paapi plugin", "paapi product search", "paapi search for amazon", common misspellings, plus-modifiers, and any URL containing the brand)
  • Register or use domains containing the PaapiPlugin trademark, including misspellings or variations
  • Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframe tricks, or any method that drops the affiliate cookie without an explicit user action
  • Distribute the affiliate link via spam, unsolicited email, or any channel violating CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or local equivalents
  • Use browser toolbars, extensions, or popup / popunder networks
  • Run cashback, loyalty-points, or rebate sites that offer the user any portion of the commission
  • Use incentivized installs (paid-to-install, gift-card-for-install, etc.)
  • Bundle PaapiPlugin signup links inside software installers, bundleware, or adware
  • Generate AI-mass content without clear AI disclosure on every page that contains an affiliate link
  • Misrepresent PaapiPlugin features, pricing, or guarantees

4. Self-referrals

Self-referrals are not permitted. Any commission earned on a sale where the buyer's contact email matches the publisher's AWIN account email will be declined.

5. Commission terms

  • 50% commission on the net sale value (post-tax, post-Freemius fee) of all PaapiPlugin Premium and addon purchases attributed to your tracking link.
  • Premium ($39/yr) and each of the three optional addons ($19/yr each: Product Boxes, Comparison Tables, Analytics) carry the 50% rate. Addons are separate purchases that require an active Premium subscription as a parent.
  • Recurring on every successful renewal for as long as the customer remains subscribed AND remains attributed to your tracking link via AWIN's last-click model.
  • Cookie duration: 30 days from the click.
  • Validation delay: 28 days from purchase.
  • Commission is paid in USD via AWIN's standard payout schedule.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

PaapiPlugin offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. From our terms-and-conditions page, verbatim: "You are fully protected by our 100% Money Back Guarantee. If during the next 7 days you experience an issue that makes the plugin unusable and we are unable to resolve it, we'll happily consider offering a full refund of your money."

Any sale refunded under this policy or charged back via a payment processor will be declined in AWIN. The 28-day validation period (AWIN's standard) comfortably exceeds our 7-day refund window, so any refund-driven decline will always occur before commission is approved.

7. Programme changes

PaapiPlugin reserves the right to update commission rates, cookie duration, validation periods, or these terms with at least 7 days' notice via the AWIN console (AWIN's standard notice period for commission rate reductions). For substantive changes, we will provide longer notice when operationally feasible. Changes will not affect commissions already approved at the time of the change.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this programme relationship at any time via the AWIN console. Upon termination, any approved-but-unpaid commissions will be paid in the next AWIN payout cycle. Any pending or unvalidated commissions will be declined if termination is initiated by PaapiPlugin for cause (e.g., violation of restricted methods).

9. Brand usage

  • You may use the PaapiPlugin name, wordmark, screenshots, and demo URL in your promotional content.
  • You may not modify the wordmark, present it in a way that implies endorsement of unrelated products, or use it in a header / logo position that suggests an official partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.

10. Disputes

For any commission dispute, contact support@paapiplugin.com within 30 days of the transaction. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
