1. Program Overview
Approved affiliates can promote Argendon products using tracked links provided through Awin and earn commissions on qualifying sales.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates receive a 6% commission on the net value of approved sales. Taxes, shipping fees, returns, cancellations, and fraudulent orders are not included. Commissions may be reversed for refunded or invalid orders.
3. Cookie Duration
Our program offers a 30-day cookie window. If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, you may receive commission, provided no other affiliate interaction overrides the cookie.
4. Paid Search Policy
To protect our brand and ensure fair promotion, affiliates may not bid on Argendon brand keywords, misspellings, variations, or trademarked terms. Brand terms may also not be used in paid search ads, ad copy, or display URLs. Violations may lead to commission removal or program termination.
5. Promotional Materials
Affiliates can access approved banners, product images, and text links through Awin. We recommend using only approved creatives to keep messaging accurate and consistent.
6. Compliance & Conduct
Affiliates are expected to follow all applicable laws, Awin policies, and responsible marketing practices. Misleading promotions, cookie stuffing, unauthorized brand use, unapproved incentivized traffic, spam, and unsolicited promotions are not allowed.
7. Order Validation
All sales are reviewed by Argendon. Orders may be declined if they involve returns, cancellations, duplicates, fraud, or violations of program terms.
8. Termination
Argendon may suspend or remove affiliates from the program if terms are violated. Commissions may also be withheld in such cases. Affiliates may leave the program at any time through Awin.
9. Affiliate Support
Our affiliate team is here to help with tracking, reporting, creative assets, and product information. We look forward to building a successful partnership together.
10. Modifications
Argendon may update these terms when needed. Continued participation in the program means you accept the latest version of the terms.
