Nailberry Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
Commission:
Affiliates will receive 10% commission on validated sales generated through the Awin network. Voucher code, cashback, loyalty and selected partners may be assigned alternative commission rates at Nailberry's discretion.
Commission is calculated excluding VAT, delivery charges, returns, cancellations, and gift card purchases where applicable.
Validation:
Transactions are automatically validated 14 days after the transaction date, subject to successful payment and no cancellations or refunds.
Cookie Window:
30 day attribution period unless otherwise stated.
Voucher Codes:
Affiliates may only promote voucher codes provided directly by Nailberry or available within the Awin interface. Promotion of unauthorised or expired codes may result in declined commission.
PPC Policy:
Affiliates may not bid on Nailberry trademark terms, brand variations, or misspellings within paid search activity. Direct linking via PPC is prohibited unless prior written approval is provided.
Promotional Guidelines:
Affiliates must not:
Misrepresent the brand or products
Use misleading claims or pricing
Impersonate Nailberry across domains or social channels
Use spam, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or incentivised traffic
Social & Influencer Content:
All affiliate and influencer activity must comply with relevant advertising regulations and include clear disclosure such as #Ad or #Sponsored where required.
Programme Rights:
Nailberry reserves the right to amend commission rates, reject transactions, or remove affiliates from the programme at any time for breach of terms or suspected fraudulent activity.
The programme operates with a 28 day closure notice period in line with Awin network requirements.
