General terms
Paid search / PPC
- MORiSH has an in-house PPC strategy and we do not want affiliates competing with our own PPC campaigns.
- No partner should run paid search campaigns using MORiSH terms without prior written consent.
- No commission for sales where MORiSH’s own ad campaigns are the last click before a customer’s purchase.
Display
- No partner should run display campaigns using MORiSH terms without prior written consent.
Social media
- No partner should run social media campaigns using the MORiSH terms without prior written consent.
Creative
- All creative must be agreed and signed off by your affiliate contact.
Logos
- MORiSH logos and other visual materials may not be used without explicit permission for marketing activities.
Age of consent
- Customers must be 18 years of age or above in order to purchase products from MORiSH.
Orders
- Orders made through morishsnacks.co.uk are subject to acceptance and availability.
- MORiSH may choose at any time to cancel orders.
- Goods or packaging of goods may differ slightly to those displayed on the website.
