Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 12% commission on all approved sales generated through their tracked links. Commission is calculated on the final product subtotal, excluding shipping, taxes, discounts, and returns.
Attribution & De‑Duplication
We use last‑click attribution. Affiliate sales are not de‑duplicated against other marketing channels unless required for fraud prevention.
Cookie Duration
Our program uses a 30‑day cookie window. Sales completed within 30 days of the initial click are eligible for commission, provided no other affiliate overwrites the cookie.
Validation & Payment
Commissions are validated after the customer return period has passed. Orders that are canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or unfulfilled will not earn commission. Payments are issued through Awin according to their standard payout schedule.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are not permitted and may result in reversal of commissions or removal from the program:
Bidding on Efui Harlley brand terms or misspellings in paid search
Using unauthorized coupons, discounts, or promotional codes
Misrepresenting the brand or making false claims
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any fraudulent behavior
Promoting on adult, hateful, or illegal content sites
Content & Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must represent Efui Harlley accurately and professionally. Use of our images, logos, or content is permitted for promotional purposes only and may not be altered in misleading ways.
Email & SMS Marketing
Email or SMS promotion is allowed only if:
You have a compliant, opt‑in subscriber list
You do not impersonate Efui Harlley
You include your own contact information and unsubscribe options
Social Media Promotion
Affiliates may promote on social media platforms using their unique tracking links. Paid social ads must not imply they are official Efui Harlley ads.
Discount & Coupon Sites
Only coupons provided directly by Efui Harlley or Awin may be used. Unauthorized coupon use will result in commission reversal.
Program Changes
Efui Harlley reserves the right to modify commission rates, terms, or program rules at any time. Affiliates will be notified through Awin if significant changes occur.
