Ciriks Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the Ciriks Affiliate Program offered by Ciriks (“Ciriks”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Purpose
The Ciriks Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote Ciriks products and services in exchange for commission on qualified customer purchases.
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- provide accurate registration information
- be at least 18 years old
- comply with applicable laws and regulations
- be approved by Ciriks
Ciriks may approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Affiliates will receive a unique tracking link or referral code.
A referral is attributed to the affiliate when a customer completes a purchase through the affiliate’s valid tracking link during the applicable tracking period.
Ciriks reserves the right to determine final referral attribution where multiple affiliates, channels, or campaigns are involved.
4. Qualified Sales
A Qualified Sale means a completed purchase by a new paying customer that:
- is made through a valid affiliate link
- is successfully processed and paid
- is not refunded, cancelled, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent
Free trials, internal purchases, self-referrals, and test accounts do not qualify unless expressly approved by Ciriks.
5. Recurring Commissions
Affiliates earn commission on recurring subscription payments made by referred customers.
Recurring commissions continue for each month the referred customer remains an active paying subscriber.
Commission payments stop immediately if:
- the customer cancels the subscription
- payment fails
- the subscription becomes inactive
- the account is refunded, disputed, or chargebacked
- the referral is found to violate these terms
6. Commission Rate
The commission rate is 30% of net subscription revenue actually received by Ciriks.
“Net subscription revenue” means subscription revenue after refunds, taxes, payment processing reversals, discounts, credits, and chargebacks.
Ciriks may change commission rates prospectively by providing notice.
7. Payment Schedule
Commission payments are made monthly.
Payments are typically processed within 35 days after the end of each calendar month, allowing time for payment verification, refunds, and fraud review.
Unpaid balances roll forward to the next payment period.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Affiliates may not:
- use misleading, deceptive, or false advertising
- impersonate Ciriks or represent themselves as employees or agents
- bid on protected brand keywords without written permission
- use spam, unsolicited messages, or unlawful promotional methods
- create fake accounts or self-refer
- engage in fraudulent tracking manipulation or artificial traffic generation
Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
9. Brand Use
Affiliates may use approved Ciriks brand assets solely for promoting the affiliate program.
Ciriks may request modification or removal of any promotional content at any time.
All intellectual property rights remain the property of Ciriks.
10. Taxes
Affiliates are solely responsible for all taxes, reporting obligations, and legal compliance related to commission payments.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time.
Upon termination:
- future recurring commissions stop from the termination date
- unpaid commissions for valid qualified sales earned before termination may be paid in the ordinary payment cycle, subject to compliance review
12. Right to Modify
Ciriks may update, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time.
Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
Ciriks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [insert country/jurisdiction].
