1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in The Happy Doodle Company Affiliate Programme via the AWIN network. This programme is operated by Happy Doodle Company Products LTD, trading as The Happy Doodle Company. By applying to or participating in the programme, affiliates agree to comply with the terms set out below.

3. Commission Structure
Commission is paid on the net sale value (excluding VAT, delivery charges, returns, and any discounts applied).
Commission rates will be communicated via the AWIN platform and may be updated at any time.
Commission is not payable on cancelled, returned, or refunded orders.
Self-referrals (purchases made by the affiliate through their own tracking links) are not permitted and will be declined.
Happy Doodle Company Products LTD reserves the right to decline or reverse commission for transactions that are fraudulent, duplicated, attributed incorrectly, or in breach of these Terms.
4. Cookie Duration
The standard cookie duration is 30 days unless otherwise stated on AWIN.
Only transactions completed within this period will be eligible for commission.
5. Validation & Payment
Transactions are subject to validation and approval.
Validation may take up to 45 days to allow for returns, cancellations, and fraud checks.
Approved commissions will be paid via AWIN in accordance with their payment schedule and terms.
6. Permitted Promotional Methods
Affiliates may promote The Happy Doodle Company through:
Content websites, blogs, and editorial content
Social media platforms
Email marketing (in compliance with applicable data protection and anti-spam laws)
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
Use misleading, deceptive, or false advertising
Engage in cookie stuffing, spam, or any form of fraudulent activity
Promote The Happy Doodle Company on websites containing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
Impersonate The Happy Doodle Company or misrepresent their relationship with the brand
Use unauthorized discount or promotional codes
Promote codes sourced from third-party websites not officially provided via AWIN
8. Brand Guidelines & Usage
Affiliates must represent The Happy Doodle Company accurately and in a positive manner.
Brand assets, including logos and imagery, must only be used if supplied via AWIN or otherwise approved.
Affiliates may not register or use domain names, social media handles, or accounts that include or closely resemble “The Happy Doodle Company”.
9. PPC & Trademark Policy
Bidding on “The Happy Doodle Company” or any variations, misspellings, or similar brand terms is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Direct linking to our website from paid search ads is not permitted unless explicitly authorised.
10. Discount & Voucher Code Policy
Affiliates may only promote discount codes that are provided directly through the AWIN platform or approved by The Happy Doodle Company.
Promotion of expired, invalid, or unauthorised codes is not permitted and may result in commission being declined.
11. Compliance & Disclosure
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including UK advertising standards.
Affiliates must clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required (e.g. using “#ad” or “#affiliate” on social media).
12. Termination
Happy Doodle Company Products LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms or activity deemed harmful to the brand.
Upon termination, any pending commissions may be withheld if associated with non-compliant activity.
13. Amendments
Happy Doodle Company Products LTD reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of any changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
