The Happy Doodle Company – Branding Guidelines
Affiliates must ensure that The Happy Doodle Company is represented in a consistent, accurate, and positive manner at all times.
The brand name must always be written as “The Happy Doodle Company”.
Affiliates must not abbreviate, alter, or misspell the brand name.
Affiliates may not present themselves as The Happy Doodle Company or imply they are the official brand.
Only approved brand assets (including logos, images, and product photography) provided via AWIN or directly by us may be used.
Brand assets must not be altered, distorted, recoloured, or used in a misleading way.
The Happy Doodle Company should not be associated with any offensive, harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
Affiliates must not promote products in a way that could harm the reputation of the brand or mislead customers.
Paid search activity must comply with our PPC policy. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on “The Happy Doodle Company” or any variations, misspellings, or brand-related search terms.
Affiliates must not register or use domain names, social media handles, or accounts that include or closely resemble “The Happy Doodle Company”.
All promotional activity must comply with applicable advertising regulations, including clear disclosure of affiliate relationships (e.g. “#ad” or “#affiliate” where required).
We reserve the right to request the removal or amendment of any content that does not comply with these guidelines.
