By joining the BOL Foods Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to or participating in the BOL Foods Affiliate Programme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. BOL Foods reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Eligibility
Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age and operate a valid website, blog, or social media platform that aligns with the BOL Foods brand and target audience. BOL Foods reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Approved affiliates will be provided with unique tracking links via the affiliate network. These links must be used correctly to ensure accurate tracking of referrals and sales. BOL Foods is not responsible for any loss of commission due to incorrect implementation.
4. Commissions and Payments
Affiliates earn commission on qualifying sales generated through their affiliate links.
- Cookie Duration: 30 days
- Commission is calculated excluding VAT, delivery charges, and any additional fees
- All commissions are subject to validation and approval
Payment Terms:
Commission payments are processed via the affiliate network in accordance with its payment schedule and policies.
5. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must promote BOL Foods products in a professional, accurate, and ethical manner. All marketing communications must be truthful and comply with applicable advertising regulations.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship where required.
6. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates must not engage in:
- Fraudulent activity (e.g. click fraud, cookie stuffing, artificial traffic)
- Misleading or false claims about products or health benefits
- Unauthorised use of brand terms in paid search (brand bidding)
- Promotion on illegal, offensive, or harmful content platforms
- Misrepresentation of affiliation with BOL Foods
7. Term and Termination
This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
- Affiliates may leave the programme at any time
- BOL Foods reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account for breach of these terms or activity deemed harmful to the brand
8. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use BOL Foods trademarks, logos, and approved marketing materials solely for promotional purposes. All intellectual property remains the property of BOL Foods.
9. Limitation of Liability
BOL Foods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate programme. Total liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to the affiliate during the three months preceding the claim.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Affiliates must comply with all applicable UK and EU data protection laws, including GDPR. Participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of the BOL Foods Privacy Policy.
11. Amendments
BOL Foods reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via the affiliate platform where appropriate. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
