Bartuke Affiliate Programme – Terms & Conditions
1. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a standard commission of 20% per confirmed sale. Commission is calculated on the net order value excluding shipping fees, taxes, and any discounts applied.
2. Cookie Duration
A 30-day cookie window applies. Commission will be awarded to the last valid referral within this period.
3. Order Validation
Bartuke reserves the right to validate transactions. Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded, or identified as fraudulent will not qualify for commission. Validation typically occurs within 30 days.
4. Promotional Methods
Allowed traffic sources include content websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and review platforms.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Trademark bidding on “Bartuke” or any misspellings
Misleading or false advertising
Spam traffic or unauthorized incentivized traffic
Use of unauthorized coupon or discount codes
5. PPC & Trademark Policy
Affiliates may not bid on Bartuke branded keywords or variations in paid search campaigns. Direct linking to the Bartuke website from PPC ads is not permitted.
6. Coupon & Deal Sites
Affiliates must only promote valid and authorized coupon codes. Bartuke reserves the right to decline commission where unauthorized codes are used.
7. Content & Brand Usage
Affiliates must ensure that all promotional content is accurate and aligns with Bartuke’s brand image. Any misuse of brand assets or misleading representation may result in removal from the program.
8. Returns & Cancellations
No commission will be paid on returned, refunded, or cancelled orders.
9. Right to Modify
Bartuke reserves the right to update commission rates, policies, or program terms at any time.
10. Termination
Bartuke reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate participation at its sole discretion if terms are violated.
