Joining the Tommy’s Tackle affiliate program acts as your formal acceptance of these guidelines.
Affiliate Standards & Eligibility Our partners are an extension of our brand, and we expect Tommy’s Tackle to be represented in a positive, relevant, and professional manner. We manually review all applications—including websites, social channels, and traffic sources—and reserve the right to decline entry or terminate partnerships at our discretion. Any participation from incentive-based sites (cashback, loyalty, or rewards) must be pre-approved and may be subject to specific commission caps. Please note that these terms may be updated periodically to reflect our evolving business needs.
Voucher & Promo Code Policy Affiliates may only promote voucher codes that have been specifically issued for the affiliate channel by the Tommy’s Tackle team. The use of codes sourced from customer newsletters, private mailouts, or third-party "leak" sites is strictly prohibited. While we may track transactions involving unauthorized codes for internal reporting, these sales will be commissioned at a reduced rate of 2.5%, rather than our standard 5%. We reserve the right to void commissions entirely if we find codes are being misused or misrepresented.
Search Engine Marketing (PPC) Guidelines We operate a strict "no-bid" policy regarding our intellectual property. Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on "Tommy’s Tackle" or any close variations, common misspellings, or brand + generic terms (e.g., "Tommy’s Tackle discount codes").
Furthermore, affiliates must not:
Use our official URL or any confusingly similar variations in display ads.
Direct link from paid search ads to our website.
Utilize cloaking, hidden redirects, or intermediary "bridge" pages to bypass these restrictions.
Any violation of these PPC rules will result in immediate suspension from the program and the reversal of pending commissions.
