Stackt Affiliate Programme — Terms and Conditions
Commission Structure
Stackt will pay affiliates a fixed fee of £50 per paid and completed order generated through the affiliate programme, regardless of service type (storage or moving). Commission is earned on completed transactions only — leads, quotes or enquiries that do not result in a paid order are not commissionable.
A 30-day cookie period applies to all affiliate activity. Affiliates will be credited for any order paid and completed within 30 days of the user's initial click on an affiliate link.
The validation period is 30 days from the date of the transaction. Commissions will be cleared and paid following successful validation in accordance with Awin's standard payment schedule.
Voucher and Promotional Codes
Affiliates may only promote voucher codes and promotional offers that have been officially issued through the Stackt affiliate programme via Awin or directly by Stackt.
Stackt reserves the right to withhold or decline commission on any order where an unauthorised voucher or promotional code has been applied. Affiliates found to be displaying or distributing unauthorised codes may have their commission rate set to zero until such codes are removed, and may be suspended from the programme.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date, this date must be clearly displayed alongside the code. Expired codes must be removed or explicitly marked as expired promptly after the expiry date, unless Stackt or Awin advises otherwise. Failure to comply may result in suspension from the programme.
Affiliates are asked to observe the IAB voucher code best practice guidelines at all times.
Paid Search (PPC) Guidelines
Stackt operates a strict policy regarding paid search activity, including but not limited to search engines, advertising networks and paid social media placements.
Affiliates are not permitted to run any paid search activity using Stackt's brand terms without prior written consent from Stackt. This includes, but is not limited to, the following terms which must be added as negative broad match keywords to any and all paid search campaigns:
- stackt.co.uk
- stackt
- stackt storage
- stackt moving
- stackt voucher code
- stackt promo code
- stackt discount
Consistent or repeated breach of these paid search guidelines may result in commissions being declined and/or suspension from the programme.
Brand Guidelines and Creative Assets
Stackt provides affiliates with approved banner creatives and brand style guidelines via the Awin platform. Affiliates are encouraged to use these assets and are also welcome to create their own content and promotional materials, provided they accurately represent Stackt's services and do not mislead users.
Affiliates must not misrepresent Stackt's services, pricing, or terms in any promotional content. Stackt reserves the right to request the removal or amendment of any content deemed to be inaccurate, misleading or inconsistent with brand values.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited within the Stackt affiliate programme:
- Scraping or automated extraction of content, pricing or service information from stackt.co.uk
- Use of unauthorised voucher or promotional codes
- Cookie stuffing or any form of artificial inflation of traffic or click data
- Bidding on Stackt brand terms in paid search without prior written consent
- Promotion of Stackt services through channels or methods not disclosed at the time of application
- Making false or unsubstantiated claims about Stackt's services, pricing or availability
Stackt reserves the right to decline commissions or remove affiliates from the programme where any of the above activities are identified.
General Terms
Stackt reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes via the Awin news manager. Continued participation in the programme following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Stackt reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate's participation in the programme at its sole discretion, including where the affiliate's promotional activity is deemed to be detrimental to the Stackt brand or in breach of these terms.
All affiliate activity must comply with applicable UK advertising regulations, including ASA and CAP Code guidelines, as well as Awin's own publisher terms and conditions.
For any questions regarding these terms, please contact the Stackt affiliate team via the Awin messaging system.
