These DAZN affiliate marketing terms and conditions (this “Agreement”) are entered into between DAZN Limited (“DAZN”) and you (“Publisher”). By joining DAZN’s affiliate program, the Publisher agrees and warrants, represents and undertakes:

that it has the full corporate right, power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the acts required under it; and

to be bound by this Agreement.

DAZN is a leading global sports streaming service, carrying live and on-demand content from various sports events worldwide, which is available on most internet-connected devices, including, without limitation, smart TVs, smartphones, tablets, PCs, game consoles, streaming sticks and set-top boxes.

DAZN uses a third party intermediary, Awin, to arrange, develop, promote and monetise the DAZN affiliate marketing programme under which Publisher will be rewarded for each new DAZN customer acquisition subject and pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the “DAZN Advertising Programme”).

As a condition precedent to its entering into this legally binding Agreement, Publisher acknowledges and agrees that it has entered into a legally binding agreement with Awin in relation to the DAZN Advertising Programme (the “Awin Agreement”). DAZN reserves the right to enforce the terms of the Awin Agreement directly against Publisher.

TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement shall commence on the date of acceptance by Publisher and shall continue in full force and effect until terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (the “Term”).

DAZN may terminate this Agreement and Publisher’s participation in the DAZN Advertising Programme, for any or no reason at any time during the Term and without liability, by giving no less than seven (7) days’ notice to Publisher.

This Agreement and Publisher’s participation in the DAZN Advertising Programme will automatically terminate with immediate effect and without notice on the expiry or earlier termination of the Awin Agreement.

TRACKING, VALIDATION & COMMISSION

 A “Valid Conversion” means a paying customer who:

completes a purchase through a properly tracked DAZN affiliate link;

is not refunded, cancelled, chargebacked, or flagged for fraud;

is not generated through prohibited or non‑compliant activity.

Awin Commission rates, structures, and payment models are determined solely by DAZN and may be updated from time to time within the Awin platform.

 DAZN’s tracking and validation decisions are final. DAZN may reject or reverse any conversion that is invalid, fraudulent, cancelled, refunded, duplicated, or non‑compliant with this Agreement or DAZN policies.

 DAZN operates a 45‑day global cookie window unless otherwise specified in the Awin platform.

DAZN operates a deduplication policy to prevent or reduce the amount of commission payable in respect of a conversion where the users also visited DAZN Channels through non-affiliate sales channels or sources of web traffic. DAZN May implement deduplication at its sole discretion, acting reasonably and in good faith, and subject to the following restrictions. Deduplication may not be implemented on the basis that, within the tracking period, the users who is the subject of the conversion also visited a DAZN Channel by:

Typing the DAZN Channels URL directly into a web browser;

Following links appearing in organic search results;

Following links appearing in paid-for results of searches on DAZN’s brand names;

Following links appearing in organic social media; or

Following links appearing on price comparison websites.

Where DAZN operates a referral scheme, referral traffic may override affiliate traffic under specific conditions. If a user clicks a referral link and then an affiliate link within 30 minutes, the referral scheme will take precedence. If the affiliate click occurs after 30 minutes and no referral code is redeemed, the affiliate will be credited.

DAZN may implement cookieless voucher tracking for selected influencer partners. Where such tracking is used, the voucher code will override click based attribution.

Publisher must remove or update any promotional content identified by DAZN as misleading, expired, inaccurate, or non‑compliant. Failure to do so may result in commission being withheld or reversed.

DAZN shall only pay commission on Valid Conversions that have been approved following DAZN’s validation process. No commission is payable on cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or ineligible transactions.

SUBAFFILIATE & NETWORK REQUIREMENTS

 Publisher must disclose all sub‑publishers, sub‑affiliates, and network partners to DAZN and obtain DAZN’s written approval before allowing them to promote DAZN.

 Publisher is fully liable for all actions, omissions, traffic, and promotional methods used by any sub‑publisher or sub‑affiliate operating under its account.

 DAZN may suspend, reject, or remove any sub‑publisher or sub‑affiliate at its sole discretion and may withhold or reverse commission generated by non‑compliant sub‑publishers.

Subnetworks must ensure that all transactions can be traced back to the originating publisher. This must be achieved by either:

populating the originating publisher’s URL in the clickref field; or

providing the referring URL in the Publisher URL field for each transaction.

Any transactions lacking the required click reference data may be declined. DAZN may set a deadline for implementation of these requirements, after which non‑compliant transactions will automatically be rejected.

Subnetworks must maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all subpublishers and provide these to DAZN upon request within five (5) business days.

DAZN may require subnetworks to remove or suspend specific subpublishers immediately if they breach DAZN’s policies or pose a brand risk.
