Program Terms

General Terms (Non-Negotiables)

  • All content referencing Discover Africa must be shared for review prior to going live, where reasonably possible
  • Discover Africa reserves the right to request edits, corrections, or removal of any content that does not align with brand standards
  • All creative assets (logos, banners, imagery) must be sourced only from Discover Africa Safaris
  • Images are the only exception; there are cases where other imagery can be used (see Branding terms)
  • Partners may not create, modify, or recreate brand assets without written approval
  • Content must accurately reflect our offering as a tailor-made, premium safari expert
  • Discover Africa may request updates to content over time to ensure ongoing accuracy (e.g. pricing, destinations, positioning)
  • Any co-branded campaigns, landing pages, or paid placements must be approved in advance
  • The Discover Africa brand may not be used in misleading, inappropriate, or unrelated promotional contexts
  • Partners must ensure content aligns with editorial quality standards, not low-quality or mass-produced content
  • Where applicable, the original author of the agreed piece must be clearly credited, and content must not be republished, duplicated, or redistributed without permissiono add terms and conditions content
