We value thoughtful, brand-aligned partnerships. The following guidelines are in place to ensure consistency, transparency, and a high standard across all AUTER affiliate activity.
General Guidelines
Partners are expected to represent AUTER in a manner that reflects the brand’s positioning and aesthetic. All content should feel considered, intentional, and aligned with the brand.
Partners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including clear disclosure of affiliate relationships where required (FTC or equivalent guidelines).
Content & Brand Use
Partners are encouraged to use approved brand imagery and messaging where possible. Content should not misrepresent AUTER products, pricing, or availability.
Any significant campaign activations, paid placements, or large-scale promotions should be shared with the AUTER team in advance to ensure alignment.
Promotions & Discounting
Partners may not promote unauthorized discounts, codes, incentives, or savings claims.
The use of public coupon sites, user-submitted discount platforms, or unauthorized promotional messaging is not permitted without prior written approval.
No public voucher codes are currently available.
Affiliates may not advertise, imply, or suggest the availability of discounts, coupon codes, promotions, savings, or special offers unless expressly approved in writing by AUTER.
Misleading promotional claims, including messaging that suggests discounts or offers that do not exist, are prohibited.
AUTER reserves the right to decline commissions associated with unauthorized promotional activity, misleading discount claims, coupon site activity, or violations of program terms.
Commission may be declined if promotional guidelines are not followed.
Paid Search (PPC) & Media
Partners are not permitted to run pay-per-click (PPC) or paid search campaigns using AUTER brand terms, including variations, misspellings, or branded keywords.
This includes, but is not limited to, Google Ads, Bing, or similar platforms.
Any paid media activity, including search, paid social, or programmatic advertising, must be approved in advance by the AUTER team.
Traffic & Conduct
The use of bots, scrapers, malicious software, or fraudulent methods to generate traffic or engagement is strictly prohibited.
Partners must not engage in misleading, deceptive, or unethical practices.
Commissions
Commissions are payable on valid, completed transactions only.
Orders that are returned, cancelled, or deemed fraudulent will not be eligible for commission. AUTER reserves the right to reverse commissions in such cases.
Validation periods align with AUTER’s returns and cancellation window.
Trademark & Domain Use
Partners may not register or operate domains, social handles, or paid ads that include “AUTER” or any variation or misspelling of the brand name without prior written consent.
Updates & Accuracy
Partners are responsible for ensuring that product information, pricing, and creative assets are kept accurate and up to date.
Program Integrity
Failure to comply with these terms may result in commission reversals and/or removal from the AUTER affiliate program.
