1. General By joining the Vrooem.com affiliate programme on AWIN, the publisher agrees to the terms below.
2. Eligible Publishers All publisher types are welcome (content, cashback, loyalty, voucher, comparison, sub-networks, influencers, etc.), provided they comply with these terms and AWIN's Publisher Code of Conduct.
3. Brand & Trademark Use Publishers may not register, use, or bid on "vrooem", "vrooem.com", or any misspellings/variations as domain names, social handles, or paid search keywords without prior written approval. Use of official logos and creatives is only permitted via the assets provided in AWIN.
4. Promotional Methods
- Email marketing is not allowed without prior written approval from vrooem.com. Approved senders must comply with GDPR and use opted-in lists only.
- No cookie stuffing, adware, toolbars, pop-unders, iframe forcing, or any form of forced/automated clicks.
- No misleading claims, fake reviews, or unauthorised use of vrooem.com content.
- Publishers must clearly disclose affiliate relationships in line with local advertising and consumer law.
5. Vouchers & Offers Only vouchers and promotions officially distributed by Vrooem.com via AWIN may be published. Listing expired, fake, or unauthorised codes is prohibited.
6. Content & Compliance Publisher sites and channels must not contain illegal, adult, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content. Publishers are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws (GDPR, consumer protection, advertising standards).
7. Tracking & Commissions Commissions are paid only on valid, tracked transactions confirmed by Vrooem.com and AWIN. Cancelled, fraudulent, returned, or duplicate orders will be declined. vrooem.com reserves the right to investigate and reverse suspicious transactions.
8. Changes & Termination Vrooem.com may update commission rates, cookie duration, and these terms at any time, with notice via AWIN. Violations may result in immediate suspension, decline of pending commissions, and removal from the programme.
