These Terms and Conditions govern the participation of publishers in the Papique affiliate programme, operated by Aqqa SRL.
1. Commission — Publishers earn a 10% commission on the net order value (excluding VAT, shipping, and payment fees) for each validated sale.
2. Cookie duration — The attribution window is 30 days from the last click.
3. Validated transactions — Commissions are validated after the return period has elapsed. Orders that are cancelled or returned will be declined.
4. Authentic products — All products sold on Papique are 100% authentic, sourced directly from official distributors.
5. Promotions — Discount availability is time-limited due to restrictions imposed by luxury brand partners. Publishers are encouraged to act promptly when promotional opportunities arise.
6. Prohibited activities — Bidding on Papique brand keywords in paid search is not permitted without prior written approval. Publishers must not misrepresent the brand or its products.
7. Programme changes — Aqqa SRL reserves the right to modify these terms with a minimum of 14 days' notice to active publishers.
8. Compliance — Publishers must comply with all applicable laws and Awin's network policies at all times.
